The hotel is about a 5 minute walk for Tokyo Station, which makes it very convenient. The room was very clean and the staff was very helpful.

The hotel location is good as it is near to Tokyo Train station and also walking distance to Ginza shopping street.

Location is great, polite staff was helpful. Bathroom and shower was good Room was very small when using it as triple and there was no space to open even small carry-on unless you don't mind putting it on top of your clean bed.

Great experience! Spacious rooms, especially for Tokio centre standards. Very friendly staff. Early check-in against small fee Lobby on the 3rd floor. Western standard breakfast was not available, but 7/11 market available on ground floor.

The location was decent. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable. We had 5 rooms at different price values and they were all horrible to sleep in.

Proximity to Tokyo station and other local lines plus walking distance to Ginza area. Having a 7 eleven store on the ground floor. The toilet and shower were separate. Great shower. check-in and out was smooth and quick. The sofa was hard and disliked the vinyl covering :( Only 2 speed fan setting on the A/C

The location was perfect, easy to walk and take the train. It was difficult to figure out where a cab should pick us up when scheduling and we found it easier to hail a cab rather than get one in advance.

The view from the room was a construction site. No oversleep for us in that room ?
