Easy to get to from Tokyo station, this hotel was good for our last night before traveling from Narita airport. The room was small and cozy but just what we needed. We arrived before 3:00pm and there was no possibility of doing an early check in, but it was very easy to leave the bags in the designated area with locks.

Close to Tokyo Eki, very convenient. Very clean, nice breakfast. Room was small, but most in Tokyo are.

They way they store your luggage was also very convenient -- you locked it up yourself so you didn't have to wait for waitstaff. Would definitely return if the price is good. Automated machines for check-in was confusing after a long day.

The only thing I could eat were the rolls. That the food was not suited for Western tastes. There should have been at least 2-3 selections of an American breakfast as in cereal, some sort of egg dish, bacon or sausage.

Great location. Less than 5 mins walk from Tokyo station Yaesu south exit, which is also the bus terminal to places like kusatsu onsen and kawagochiko. The same bus terminal also has bus to narita airport. Also, hotel is walking distance to ginza and yurakucho so it's a very convenient location. And then there are microwaves on some floors that you can reheat your breakfast or late night snacks. Quite handy. Nil

Exceptionally clean hotel. Very quiet. Perfect location, very close to the train and subway stations. Very comfortable bed and pillow. Comfortable room although a little small for two adults. Extremely well done window shades. High quality and tasty breakfast with plenty of food selection.

The location is excellent and a short walk from Tokyo station. The staff was incredibly helpful and stored our extra luggage for a few days before we toured Japan. We stayed at this hotel a second time when we returned to Tokyo. The rooms are very small, but still a good value for the price paid.
