Cleanliness, room service and frequency of the cleaning, gym equipment, luxury amenities. Mis-communication due to poor English, No flexibility with guests to use amenities as kicking out guests once breakfast is over etc, regular interruption of guests speaking to present payment check etc, closed Terrasse despite the good weather, guests only allowed to sit in a restricted area of the breakfast space despite the room being larger.

The Bvlgari Tokyo is certainly one of the best, if not the best hotel in Tokyo at the moment. The location in Ginza is excellent. The rooms are great and the views from the rooms are breathtaking. The pool area is beautiful. The staff is helpful, friendly and accommodating. The rooftop bar is a must visit. I will definitely stay at Blvgari Tokyo again. For the in-house Italian restaurant "Nico Romito" I would have appreciated, if there were a few more pasta options and perhaps one or two pizzas. But the food itself is very good. There is no service in the pool area and outdoor terrace pool area. Would have been nice to order a coffee, drink or beer.
