Close to Tokyo station and metro Staffs was nlce Bad Smell Coming from lavatory… The Beds were not comfortable… Air conditioning were working a bit loudly

a block and half from the Tokyo Station which we loved. Small room but clean, comfortable. Staff was super friendly. We stayed 3 nights and then going on a side trip to Kyoto for 2 nights and we then returning to the hotel for 1 night before we left Japan. The front desk offered to keep out luggage, which I wasn't even thinking of asking. When we checked in for our 1 night stay before leaving Japan our luggage was already in our room. So efficient. It was a bit expensive but I think Tokyo hotel rooms are. Because the location was good and everything was nice at the hotel it was good.

Great location near Tokyo Station. Hotel offers a wide range of items for guests such as mask sheet, bath salt, hair band, hair ties etc beside essential travel items. Even if you arrive without much travel preparation, this hotel provides everything you need, making your stay completely comfortable. The complimentary drinks were also a thoughtful touch that made us feel well taken care of. The breakfast is quite expensive considering what is offered.

This is a very nice hotel near Tokyo station. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Staff speaks English. Laundry facilities are easy to use and kept clean. Breakfast had lots of healthy choices. Access to rooms is secured. A very nice stay. The hotel lacks comfort in the lobby area. We also felt a bit micromanaged during breakfast.

Proximity to Tokyo Train station. Not as clean and tidy as some hotels but was good and okay for short stay. Mattress sheet had stain already upon late arrival.

The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The location is easy to reach and close to Tokyo Station. Many restaurants and convenient stores are around. The room size is a bit small but clean and tidy.

Very good location, close to Tokyo Station and the Airport Limousine service. Room was on the smaller side for American travellers.

Wonderful hotel. Well-appointed and clean with friendly, helpful staff. We especially liked the provided pajamas which added an extra level of comfort. The location was convenient to Tokyo Station and lots of restaurants/shops. We would definitely stay there again.

The location was great, 4-6 min from Tokyo station and a 15 min walk to Ginza (same time as taking the train). Also had lots of good freebies and drink station (hot soup too) at the front desk for you to use after a long day out. Figuring out how to work the AC was a little confusing but also I didn’t ask the front desk for help either.

The hotel was in a great location. Close to Toyko station and lots of shopping. It was a very nice location, it felt very safe and clean. The hotel itself was nice. I would stay there again.
