Washers and dryers!! They only have two washers/dryers, each load takes 2 hours to finish, and by the end of the two hours clothes are still wet. So you would add another 30 minutes, but still not very helpful… The room is very small, as typical of central Tokyo.

There was a lounge included on the second floor with free drinks which included the options of a very small glass of three sweet wines or one sake, all automatically dispensed.. There were a few fruit drink choices and some nuts and crackers.

The service they provided. I appreciate the free upgrade since I had two teenagers so having a spacious room was helpful. The welcome service was a nice touch. And breakfast had a good variety and many veggies. N/a

Brilliant location . Easy walk from Tokyo station with luggage . Staff helpful . Rooms clean, three beds and room to move around . Location! From airport to Tokyo station then easy walk to hotel. Great restraints just around the corner .

My husband asked the front desk for more coffee pods for the in-room machine, but they delivered tea pods. The housekeeper kept giving us PJs when we didn't use the existing ones - the unused PJs just started piling up on the shelf under the TV. The day we checked out, the staff was hesitant to call a bigger cab for us because of our luggage. They said the taxi that shows up might decline taking us to the airport due to the number of bags we had. I ended up booking Uber on my own. Got a cab within 5 minutes on a Tuesday morning.

The staff was amazing, they were so considerate, kept my bags sent through Takkyubin, and were super helpful on providing umbrellas when needed, helping out on changing rooms and always super accomodating. I really loved the hotel facilities, closeness to the train station and so many restaurants, cafés and nice shops. As well they have an area for snacks which makes the stay even more convenient.

Very convenient location. My family were super impressed with how clean and comfy the room was. A pity we only stayed for one day…Would love to come back another time.

Great location next to Tokyo Station, but not too close which of course made it very nice to go to any place within Tokyo the other Metro

Location is excellent and we like the room we stayed. For three adults, 3 beds and separate bathroom and shower.

Clean , nice staff and good location I have nothing specific. Maybe having more laundry Machine.

Very close to Tokyo station and Shinkansen. Friendly, helpful staff and nice happy hour location after a long travel day. We only needed one night before heading to Kyoto but would recommend this hotel and would stay again.
