The hotel is located perfectly. 3 minutes walk from Tokyo train station. Minutes from ginza. The staff was nice and helpful. The rooms were clean.

Rooms are a bit small, restaurant rather simple

location is central to Ginza and Tokyo Station, 5 min walk to Tokyo Station is a plus. Room condition and bathtub are excellent, with a good management of space at the working table area. Breakfast is good. lighting in the working area is too bright and not flexible. Maybe a better lighting design can be introduced. I also prefer single use slippers, it's more of hygiene issue.

Great location on ginza. Large rooms with lot of space, comfortable beds and very helpful and nice hotel crew. The amenities in the afternoon are bice Nd the coffee over there was great also although it is an automatic machine Nothing. Great hotel

Great staff and service. NIce rooms. Fabulous location near Tokyo station and Ginza. It would have been nice if the hotel had a gym and if guest lounge stayed open until 11.

Every aspect of the Mitsui Garden Hotel Kyobashi exceeded my expectations. The staff were helpful and efficient. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, close to Tokyo Station and the Kyobashi station entrance for easy acces to areas of Tokyo and beyond. The buffet breakfast was excellent, one of the best we've had in Japan. Our friends stayed in another Mitsui Garden Hotel in Tokyo and were also very pleased.

Great location just two minutes walk from Tokyo Central Station. Very comfortable room. Has a guest laundry facility on the third floor, handy for catching us on the washing when travelling for a few weeks. Bathroom was small and I don’t love the shower over bath arrangement. However this wasn’t a deal breaker.
