Close to Tokyo Station and walking distance to Ginza Neat and clean and staff was so accommodating.

Great location for a one night stay over to catch the train out the next day. Breakfast was great. Made to order omelet, lots of Japanese as well as western selections. Good location for lots of easy dinner choices.

Excellent proximity to Tokyo Station, Easy 10 min walk. Not too big. Great restaurant at Ground level entrance.

For the price, I didn’t care for the room. Fortunately, it was only for one night, before traveling back to the US. It was clean and comfortable. The colors in the room reminded me of a kid’s playroom, not a decent hotel. I wouldn’t stay there again.

The room was like a broom closet definitely not worth the price we paid stayed at the gate hotel by hulic and that was amazing compared to this Room was a broom closet for the price paid it was ridiculous

Location was great because we needed to go to the train station after our stay. Room/hotel was very clean and nice. All the staff were really great both at reception and breakfast. Breakfast choices were plentiful and tasty. Rooms were a bit tiny, but we are just used to more space from staying in US hotels. It was expensive but seemingly inline with similar options in Tokyo.

Good location , accessible to Tokyo station , Ginza and great shopping surrounding .there was a good breakfast spread.dinner and bar was also very good . Size of room , cramped . Refused to allow 1 hour early check in even when a room was available .was a bit disappointing as customer service .

Location. Helpful staff. Breakfast cafe. Able to forward luggage. Too expensive. We had the same type of accommodation, including location at Kyoto for a fraction of the cost. Plus breakfast was included and laundry facilities were available.

The location was close to the train, the breakfast was tasty, varied and excellent. The staff were helpful. It was a very comfortable stay.
