The location It was not properly clean, the room was not properly clean when I arrived, the curtain in the shower had some black dots

  • Engine customer Apr 2026

Close to everything. The room is a little larger than other hotels nearby. At least we can lay down two 28" luggages.

  • Engine customer Apr 2026

It will be great to have a space for breakfast with at least tables and chairs, in the terrace for example....and a lockbox in the room jeje.

great location close to convenience stores and chiyoda line. quiet part of tokyo perfect for a good nights sleep but still central! room was actually decent size compared to other stays i've experienced in Tokyo. Clean property as well Staff spoke limited English but we managed!

Simple, convenient, quiet area, friendly staff Wish the bathroom was larger with some counter space but I think it’s current size is typical of Japan

  • Engine customer Jan 2026

It’s was small but comfortable Under the beds need to be cleaned lots of built up dust

  • Engine customer Jan 2026

Nothing, we had to leave because the first room was dirty, the second also. Dirty rooms, not clean. Hair and dirty blankets (if you know what I mean…). We had to leave after trying two rooms.

Great neighborhood and close to the train station.

  • Engine customer Dec 2025

Proximity to the Akasaka station (Harry Potter themed), about 7-8 mins walk, and a lot of food options near the station; a 7-eleven right across the hotel! Room was tiny, but just enough to make it work after a long tiring day. Nothing much. The room was tiny with a full size bed, we were a family of 3.

The hotel was clean and well kept, slightly better than other similar places I stayed. The bathroom was good, and having small amenities like a fridge and kettle was convenient. The free sake shots were a nice touch, though not something that really adds major value. The room was extremely small, with almost no space to open a suitcase or store belongings. There was no wardrobe and very limited hanging space, which made the stay less comfortable.

  • Engine customer Dec 2025

The location was excellent. The bathroom was surprisingly good, and it was nice to have a fridge, kettle, and complimentary toothpaste/toothbrush. Overall, it covered the basic needs. The room is extremely small, with barely any space to open a suitcase. There’s no wardrobe and only a few hooks, which makes storage inconvenient. The furniture also has a noticeable cigarette smell, likely from previous guests smoking in the room.

  • Engine customer Dec 2025

Staff was cordial and polite Location was okay once getting to know where everything was close by.

  • Engine customer Nov 2025

You should be very careful with the key-card from your room. I’ve lost it and should play a fee.

  • Engine customer Nov 2025

Conveniently near the Akasaka Station and out of the way of the busy streets. Check in/out was simple at the kiosk. They also allow you to hold luggage there before check in if you arrive early like we did at 6am.

  • Engine customer Oct 2025

Hands down, nothing beats this location. I barely used the subway because it was so easy to walk almost everywhere. The street is quiet, with great cafés, nice restaurants, and several convenience stores — everything you might need. The metro station is also nearby. The room is small, but that’s pretty standard for Tokyo. The window could be opened — huge plus. The bed was comfortable, there were a few hangers for clothes, a convenient desk, and even a microwave, which was super useful for heating up meals. Everything was great — I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Tokyo! The price is a bit on the higher side, but considering the location, it’s the best deal you can find in this area.

    Everything was good

  • Engine customer Oct 2025

Location is okay It was so dirty. There were bottles and things around the bed from previous guests. Staff was very rude. They lost my reservation that I had months in advance. They refused to provide extra sheets. Room smelled like smoke.
