Great location in Akasaka. Close to trains, restaurants, shopping and galleries/museums. Reserved an upgraded double room with a queen size bed. Room was very small even by Japanese standards. Good sized bathroom however.

The breakfast was fantastic. The amenities with the room were really nice. The lounge was awesome, and I enjoyed that I could drink tea from the lounge using the pot in the room. The price for the day-of booking was a little high, but not too much so. Honestly, there was not much I didn't like about this hotel.

Easy access to the transit Noise in some areas

The room size was nice, we had plenty of room for our bags. The location was good, and not crazy at night. The Akasaka station was close, with no need to walk up and down the hill because there is a public elevator. The room only had a shower. After walking far more than we were used to it would have been nice to take a bath tub to soak.

Hotel and staff were fine but reservation was messed up costing me one night. The reservation was suppose to be for March 4-6 and instead booked for March 3-4. I wrote several emails and was told it would be taken care of but at the hotel they said they couldn't change the reservation. I lost one night fees and had to pay for the other day. Your reservations are not helpful. The hotel itself is fine. It is not within walking distance to many restuarants.

Incredible hospitality. Great rooms, very comfortable. We loved the lounge and the coffee. Few minutes of walk to subways and food. Just a great 3 nights in Tokyo. Would love to visit again. Nothing

I had a mixed experience. The hotel double-charged my card. They did refund it, but it took about a month for the money to come back, which was frustrating. Also, the bathroom setup has a glass wall, so there’s basically no privacy. Breakfast was okay, but it’s the same selection every day.

Very good location although up a hill but there is a lift to avoid this. Coffee and tea always available in the lobby. Nice staff. Decent room. Clean. Reasonable price. Very hard painful mattress.

Location was quiet but close to subway. Coffee, tea and treats in the lobby were appreciated. Mini frig, kettle , hairdryer and good soap, shampoo etc were in the room. I missed having windows that open. Room got a little stuffy.

Akasaka is an incredible neighborhood, and being there just made our whole tokyo trip better. The room was spacious, more than we expected, and it was a great choice for us!! Nothing!! Great hotel

Staff very polite and helpful. Rooms are very clean. Location is very accessible to uber/taxis Rooms are small. Bed and pillows are very firm to our liking. The dryer in the laundry never work no matter how long you run the machine. Check-in experience could be more friendly!
