The location! I Could see the Skytree from my room. The bath room was too small, and the bed was not comfortable.

There are a couple things I do not like about the facility. The rooms were tiny, the bed was hard and made out of spring. I was not able to ship my luggage or hold my luggage after checkout. I was also not able to get any water( from the bubbler) after handing my checkout key.

The bed was absolutely awful. We knew the bed in japan are small which was fine but we felt every spring in the mattress so did not have a good sleep.

Location was literally across Tokyo Skytree and train station. A little cramped for 2 people but still loved it

They gave us a room with a city view just like we requested, and we could see the Oshiage Skytree right from our window.

I loved the location, convenience to SkyTree I disliked the train station distances, for a big person, coming from the islands, A 5-9 min walks for a train station can be a killer at the end of a long days worth.

Very close to the Skytree, the shops and the metro. Breakfast is a box with rice, meat and fish (I am a vegetarian).

Close to everything like bus stop, subway and mall. The room is VERY small

We booked last minute, and the lady at the reception told us that doing it online was cheaper, very sweet of her. Location is great! Close to the Tokyo Skytree and jr/subway station. Raccomended Not negative cuz we fully expected it, but if it’s your first hotel in Japan, know that most time rooms are quite small. So if you have a lot of luggages, it might be quite tight in the room. Also our bed was a little tight for two people, but we slept just fine.
