Good location. Very dated hotel, really needs a refresh. Toilet seat was loose. Lamp shade was broken.

A good hotel to stay cheaply close to the center of Tokyo. Everything is easily accessible from here by taxi or public transport. The neighborhood is quiet. A 24/7 shop around the corner. The staff is friendly. For that price, it is definitely worth it. The hotel is a bit dated, but that certainly does not make it less cozy. The atmosphere is good. Additionally, the hotel had a fridge, kettle, and microwave, which was very convenient. Definitely recommended for a city trip and stay in Tokyo. Could use a more modern touch. All other things ware good for that money

Cosy and comfortable for smokers since there is no smoking in public in Japan. Glorious bathtub to soak and windows that opens out to outside fresh air. Double bed was too small, the room could handle a queen bed and a bit softer mattress.

The staff and the location The hotel room was very filthy We had loose electrical wires sticking out of the wall. The light next to the bed didnt function. A plug was broken off in the socket but was still sticking out. The airconditioning wasn’t working properly

The location not so close from the nearest metro station.

It’s a ten minute walk from Shimbashi station with great places to stop and eat in between. It wasn’t important as as I was out enjoying my time in Tokyo.

To much disaster dirty room

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Had an issue with my room and they changed it immediately. There was dust all over the place and mold in the bathroom, both on walls and the shower curtain.
