Clean and convenient like the hotels in the APA chain. This hotel was a little more basic with the facilities, there are no communal baths or gym for example.

Nothing! They don’t help costumers. They don’t know what “costumer service” means. They are not willing to do simple things in order to make the guests feel happy.

Perfect location in a very quiet area of the city but not too far from the subway stations. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Unable to try restaurant due to work schedule and opening hours. Small kettle for hot drinks, fridge for food and cold drinks. Good value for location.

The location is good it’s clean , they even allowed us to keep bags before checkin and free checkin but we can’t move as it was tiny and no much facilities

They have all the amenities you can think of, ready for use. Although the room was small, it was surprisingly functional. I like the bathtub in the room. The staff spoke English very well and were very helpful. The location is a bit far from the Toei/JR train lines as well as the restaurant. However, the surrounding area is very peaceful at night.

Didn’t like the breakfast at all.the breakfast was soup and rice which is not what I call breakfast. No juice only water. I didn’t like any of it so was not impressed at all.
