Staff are friendly, location is great, facility is clean, however the whole hotel is too tiny, including the lobby, the room, it makes you feel claustrophobic.

Wonderful location in Ginza, close to shops, food and train. Although rooms are small, as most are in Japan, it accomodated us well.

Location and access to train stations, restaurants, malls, bus stations and taxis. It is also near to Tokyo trains stations exactly 10 minutes walk. Staff is not well spoken in English.

I LEFT MY MARATHON SHOES THERE BY ACCIDENT - THEY HAD ME PAY $100 FOR THEM TO SHIP THEM TO ME. THEY DID NOT INSURE THE PACKAGE AND IT WAS "LOST". I THEN FIND OUT THAT THEY CLAIMED INSURANCE ON THEM AND WILL NOT RESPOND OT ANY OF OUR EMAILS. SO BASICALY THEY MADE $200 OFF ME AND IT WAS MY HONEYMOON AND I WAS RUNNING TOKYO MARATHON. - HORRIBLE

The location was 14 min walk to Takayashimaya, Ginza. 7-11 steps away and quiet. A bit of a walk to major train hub, no coin laundry. Dbl room was very small and we had small luggage. I Was unable to open the door with luggage on the luggage holder, oops. We made do.

We liked the location in Ginza. The rooms were very very small - the smallest rooms we stayed in during our vacation in Japan. However, at this point our goal was to see Ginza, not stay in our hotel room.
