Easy check-in and check-out process. Loved the luggage storage arrangement. The staff were very willing to help, but English language and concierge services were light. The rooms are minimalistic and small, but have everything you need and clean.

Great location, comfortable/ firm beds, super helpful staff, clean. And they lent us umbrellas! We are booking here on our way back to Tokyo. Rooms were a bit small but average for Tokyo :)

Good location. Near metro, supermarkets and shopping. Quiet at night. Firm bed. Ultra clean. Super nice and helpful staff Small room. The double bed is comfy but even for myself there is no space to place my large 23kg suitcase. I places the carryon below the bed.

Great location, very nice helpful staff. The morning buffet was a feast with delicious lunch type foods as well as breakfast. Decor downstairs and in the room was trendy and welcoming. Comfortable, not too hard beds. Spotlessly clean and extremely quiet. Very close to train/metro. Lots of restaurants nearby and just a few streets from high end shopping. We had a great 5 nights here! There was wasted wall storage space that could have been utilized better with a couple of racks or shelves. There was only 2 hooks in the entryway.

Need more tables for breakfast as it gets crowded. Could extend breakfast to 10am. Also, perhaps more experienced bar staff. The people behind the bar didn't even know what Tequila is.

The hotel onsen is amazing. It’s super central. The rooms are really small.

Rooms are very small and tight, making it hard to maneuver a suitcase.

Location is OK but a bit far from the central area of Ginza. Relatively small room, but this is how it is in Tokyo. Hotel is located at the relatively far side of Ginza, so it is at least 10 minutes walking to most metro stations. I expected that I could book breakfast on some days, but every time I asked the reception they told me that the breakfast for the next day is already full.

People at front desk and during breakfast were very pleasant. Rooms were dark and small with no closet. Hooks and shelves would’ve been convenient. Also, there were large splatter marks on the navy blue bathroom all wall around the sink and toilet. It was gross.

Hotel is very near Ginza. Nice that they also have a bar / restaurant in the groundfloor. Was disappointed that our room was'nt cleaned on our 2nd day. Not sure if thats standard for most hotels in Tokyo
