Location was excellent and they had many amenities available. The breakfast was outstanding everyone who worked there was very kind. The air-conditioning worked great and water pressure was great, too. As people have mentioned, the rooms are small, but you don’t stay in your room while in Tokyo, so it’s not a big deal.

this was a cozy and supportive start to my stay in tokyo. the staff are helpful and and kind and i appreciated the complimentary toiletries for guests. my bathroom had a tub and hot water kettle highly recommend for one person very convenient location to get around tokyo very quiet at night never heard noise from anyone else in hotel or in neighborhood. parts of ginza are very high end and not super interesting to be in but again, very convenient to hop on train to get anywhere

The location is great, just a 5-minute walk from the metro station. The hotel was quiet and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The shabu shabu, sukiyaki options for breakfast delicious as were the obanzai dishes. I can’t think of anything I didn’t like.

Central Ginza location was great, but on a quiet street. Room was clean and well fitted out. Breakfast in the restaurant, included in our room rate was excellent. Bathroom was spotlessly clean. All amenities were provided in Reception on L2. The room was very small and difficult for 2 adults to access the bed and open bags. Bed was very hard and the window faced a wall about 2 feet away.

Close to everything, but far enough from the chaos. Pijamas were comfy and the amenities too. The rooms are insanely small, don’t expect to have your luggage open during your stay and certainly forget about privacy because you can hear it all (inside and outside).
