Great location and good sized room. Douchey people in the bar and restaurant. All the furniture in the room was super uncomfortable and was impossible to sit and read or relax. The bar was awful. It’s a hyped up bar with weird instagram people and packed with screaming 20 year olds. This is not a place to enjoy a well made cocktail and have a conversation. The wait staff struggled to understand drinks like a martini or vesper. The hotel offered no other spaces to enjoy a relaxed elegant evening. Would not stay again.

The service was impeccable. Top notch! One of the best hotel experience I had. The level of thoughfulness and kindness was unmatched. I was there for the marathon, they found out about it, gave me a pre-race kit with energy drink, isotonic drink, granola bar and a really nice motivational message. Post-race they sent a chocolate medal to my room. Kudos to the entire hotel staff. Breakfast was fantastic, excellent menu and buffet. The service level at breakfast was also great. Nothing!

Firstly this is our 7-8th time in Tokyo for the last 2 years with staying in different hotels to explore the city. Edition Ginza as a new hotel definitely in a great location if you like Ginza and very professional, high caliber staff. Despite those positives I gave this hotel a 7 maybe a max 8 in a generous day since with this price tag my expectations are bigger than that as there are way better alternatives in the city And No. I am not going to give more details.

Location, location - location. In the heart of Ginza, minutes to superb shopping, dining and easy access to the metro- the Edition Ginza was superb. The price might be prohibitive for some but the service and quality of this hotel lives up to a 5 star experience in every way. Incredible friendly and accommodating staff, one of the best breakfasts I’ve had in any hotel. Everything exudes quiet luxury and good taste. Loved it!

Location was excellent, but what stood out the most was the service offered by the team of concierges, the receptionists, the manager and the waiters. All were most helpful, friendly and courteous. Also, the room was well designed and spacious for a Ginza hotel. Would definitely return. We were disappointed with the architecture which was designed by Kengo Kuma, one of the most renowned Japanese architect. From the outside, the building looks very generic.

An exceptional stay in the heart of Ginza; unbeatable in terms of location. You’re right in the centre of it all, with world-class shopping, dining, and culture just steps away. The breakfast was outstanding, served in a beautiful, serene setting. After a day of exploring Tokyo, I loved unwinding with a different cocktail each evening at the elegant Punch Room. What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff—they are exceptional. Warm, intuitive, and always greeting you by name, they made me feel genuinely cared for. The concierge service was phenomenal; no request was too much, and every recommendation was spot-on. A wonderful bonus was complimentary access to the spa facilities at their sister property—a luxurious touch that elevated the experience even further. And don’t miss the high tea—it’s absolutely spectacular. This was, without a doubt, my best stay in Tokyo. I can’t wait to return.

Location in the middle of Ginza Friendliness of all employees The room lacks some basic features and amenities like Towel hooks or a towel rail or a bench for bags and suitcases. I think here it is design over practicality

Excellent service from all the staff. We were always greeted with a smile and asked about our day. Breakfast options were excellent and delicious! Concierge was also amazing in helping us in making reservations for dinner. Only wish would be a spa in the hotel! Highly recommend and would return again :)
