Very convenient. Just too expensive

The twin bedroom is deceivingly spacious. Narrow but long. Obviously, Muji products and touches prevail and does so nicely. Breakfast meal was subtly wonderful. Wanted to check out Ginza hood. But prefer Shibuya. Ginza neighborhood leans towards luxury stores and tourists. It’s a nice location if you want to get all your shopping done in a close radius.

Design, location, the convenience of having the MUJI flagship store right below.

The hotel breakfast was a bit lacking. In all of our travels throughout Tokyo and Kyoto the breakfast provided at the Muji Ginza was by far the worst.
-
Excellent location, lovely little lounge with snacks and drinks for guests in the evening, calm and beautiful room, and friendly helpful staff. Our second time staying here. Nothing to say here! The price is worth it.

A very good and clean hotel. You can see the thought put into the room design. The bed was super comfortable. The staff was very nice and spoke English which is not that common in hotels in Japan. Some things were missing in the hotel lounge and breakfast and were not re-filled. For example, I went to breakfast at 9:00 and they were out of milk and didn't refill it.

The family loves the hotel. Its accessibility to the mall is an excellent factor. Wonderful staff. None.

We love staying here, it is close to the subway, it is always clean and comfortable. We love the breakfast and the staff is always comfortable. N/A

The bed was very comfortable.

The lobby doesn't have a nice lounge area to take a break or wait for someone.

Location is accessible to everything.

The take home items and the friendly staff

Great experience. Worth the price None

Of course the rooms were gorgeous and filled with Muji goodies. By far the biggest bathroom of my entire stay with a gorgeous tub. By Japanese standards the whole room was pretty spacious. The breakfast was also great. Overall, super fun stay.

Loved this hotel - so clean and convenient and location is awesome! Nothing we loved it!

In our room we couldn't have total darkness. Light kept entering from the courtains and I had to use sleep mask, but other than that it was all great.

The rooms are pretty large by Japan standards. I would suggest getting the breakfast, there was alot of food to choose from, curry, fish, rice, eggs, ham, pastry/bread, yogurt, fruits, veggies, all the teas, coffee machine for latte etc. Its also connected to the Muji store, which was fun. Location was great too, lots of good multi level department stores and yummy restaurants around. Close to the Ginza station. Your room key is also your elevator key, and you can't get to your floor without swiping your room key, then you need to push the button for your floor, which is not a problem, I appreciate the security. But other hotels I've stayed at do the same thing, but you just swipe the key and it auto selects your floor. At Muji Hotel, it just unlocks the buttons for you to select the floor yourself. It just adds another step.

Very nice staff very clean hotel, beautiful rooms I loved everything
-
Its minimalism yet functional A bit pricey. Breakfast food options are limited. Not able to request for sunny side up egg.

The stuff was very helpful! Very personal but beds could be more comfortable
