The location in Ginza was unbeatable. A quick walk to so many restaurants and shopping. We did the option for breakfast in the morning, which was very helpful to have a good option early (7am start) as most cafes don’t open until later. The washer and dryer in the room is very helpful if you packed light. The rooms need a deep clean. The carpet throughout the hotels and especially in the room needs to be cleaned. There are many stains, not sure under our table was vacuumed before we came in.

i’ve stayed in other Tokyu hotels but i think this location was my fav! love how convenient this hotel is especially if you’re constantly changing clothes, they have washers in the room. this location is great if you like going to ginza for shopping.

A great option to stay in Ginza. With 3 convenience stores nearby and also a short walk to Ginza station, great staff. Has a kitchenette and washing machine in the room as well, which really helped us traveling with a kid.

Location is fantastic!! Center of everything.. can reach easily to fast food, shopping district and Metro train station. Very convenience! Love it. Just the room is pretty crowded and small. Once open the two luggages there is no way to walk and squeezing to pass by. But still ok with it!

Location was great. Fairly affordable. Breakfast was limited but good quality. Washing facilities in room very valuable in summer when everything gets sweaty. It was small. Cleaning was only after 6 night stay. Bath was very small. Some staff were good, some less so.

Location in Ginza, facility/view, space with sitting area, in room laundry. We were 2 adults + 2 teens and had 2 rooms to accommodate, which worked out great because that meant 2 bathrooms between us! Hotel accommodated by placing our rooms side by side! Minor odor in room issue we forgot to disclose to staff, just dealt with it. There is a spray bottle for odorizer, so that helps when we use it. We had 2 family rooms, so only 1 room with issue. Spacious for a Japanese hotel room. No closet in our room due to washer/dryer.

Most hotels we stayed at provided bottled water in rooms (which we took on our daily outings). This hotel had refillable water stations -- good for conservation, but not as hospitable.

Nice and convenient location, washer/dryer in the room. Apartment was very small, hard to move around tge bed.
