I think this was a pleasant hotel. I really liked their location and breakfast. There was not much to the hotel itself but it is very clean. The bathroom toilet is fully automated which was really nice! Their breakfast is actually quite good and they give you a choice of a selected menu item. It was great every day! I wish the room was a bit bigger. There was no closet, so my clothes were just hanging out in the open. Not a big deal, but not typical for other hotels. The only issue is that they are a large hotel with little room in their breakfast dining area. So there will be a line, and they also rush you once it is 10:30 am - you have to leave - not even one minute after 10:30 am. They come to make sure you are going to leave! I found this to be a bit excessive. They could simply let you enjoy your coffee with the expectation that they are already clearing the buffet area.

no carpark

The location is amazing - you are in the heart of Ginza here, and a short walk to the Imperial Palace and Gardens, as well as all the shops, restaurants and liveliness of the area. The hotel is clean, and well maintained, and the staff are charming. Our room was just too small. I booked a double room, but once our suitcases were open, it was just too tight on space, and we found ourselves constantly moving things around to make it work. The hotel also has not common areas. There is reception, a restaurant in the basement and then your room. Which works, but when the room is really small, it's nice to have somewhere else in the hotel to escape to.

Convenient location to both small and large shopping stores and restaurants. Included Breakfast was great because it has both eastern and western options. Beds were comfortable. Good size room For Japan.

Great service and wonderful breakfast Rooms are too small

The property was very close to the train station and shopping areas. We were able to roam around Ginza and walk back to the hotel when we felt tired. I also liked that it was not crowded.
-
Superb location in Ginza. Right in the middle of Ginza. So close to train station.

Location. Bed comfortableness. Sound proofing. Toilet sensor too sensitive. House keeping forgot to clean our room.

I liked the proximity to shopping and restaurants. Easy access to my Netflix account. The front desk was not as friendly as the other 5 hotels we stayed at during our Japan trip. The staff was impatient when answering questions or accommodating requests. I had to argue with them to get a crib or bed rail that I'd requested since the time of booking 2 months earlier. After some back and forth, suddenly, two cribs became available. The carpet in all 3 rooms was dirty. The room layout was incredibly tight and left little to no room for luggage. There was no view from any of our 3 rooms. We faced another building a few feet from us so we had to keep the shades down the whole time. The reception desk was unattended late at night. I felt like I was at a cheap motel. The toiletries had an overbearing, cheap, floral scent. I hated our stay this hotel. I would NEVER book at any Mitsui property again.
