Close to station. Room too small, bathroom using same knob for sink and shower. Press up shower turns on. Press down faucet turns on. You can only have one person get ready at a time. Bed uncomfortable. Stayed only 2 out of 3 nights. Closet was just a wall.

Great location, I mean the best. Nice morning jog around the imperial palace, next to the kabuki theater and tons of restaurants and shopping, close to the ginza line train station. Small rooms were a little cramped.

Nice, clean, standard hotel with amenities available (coffee, cold/hot water, tea and toiletries/care products, umbrellas to borrow). Short and easy walk to a major transit points and walkable distance to tourist spots in Ginza. The beds were very very firm, even for someone who likes a firmer bed. Not necessarily uncomfortable though. The pillows, however, were horrible lol so if you have room for it I’d bring my own.

Location, amazing staff, good facilities The only thing I would point is that our room had a strong smell.. we could tell it was impecably clean, but the smell wouldt go away.. maybe from the carpet.. besides that, would stay again!

Very value for money since the location of the hotel was in the center of Ginza, very close to shops, metro and train station for moving around in Japan. Staff was very friendly, room was a bit small but ok for two and very clean. Would definitely stay again

Management and front desk staff were SO friendly and helpful. They helped with all of our questions and also helped with forwarding our luggage to our next destination. This was our second visit to this hotel, and I would gladly return again. It is convenient, a good value, and the location is excellent. Everything was GREAT>

The room i stayed in very small which i knew but was not expected that much. But the bathroom was extremely small..
