Really spacious room in a convenient part of Tokyo. Great amenities and comfortable room. The bathroom did have a strong smell that don’t go away after flushing

Staff was friendly and helpful. Located between two major lines and a shortbwalk to Akihabara. Family Mart connected to bottom floor. Biggest complaint would be the laundry facilities, definitely in need of an upgrade there.

Location was amazing, room excellent. Absolutely perfect.

Good value. Near several train stations. Family mart downstairs was convenient. Very walkable to Ginza and Akihabara. We left our luggage with the desk after checkout and went and explored and then picked it up later in the afternoon and it was very easy and felt secure and well managed.

The location was superb. There's alot of shop nearby. All and all, it was a good stay. Would definitely stay here if we're back in Tokyo.

Perfect location right in the heart of Akihabara and the rooms are super comfortable great size compared to the other hotels! Bed was comfortable , shower also and super clean! The staff was so nice and friendly you just wanted to hug them :) . Thank you again for a great stay and will be back again soon! 5 Stars all the way. Best part there is a FAMILY MART right downstairs!

The room size was a little small for 2 people + luggage, but still manageable.

The bed was VERY comfortable (not super firm) .. blackout curtains kept the room super dark if you want to sleep in. Later checkout than usual (11am) and you can extend by the hour for about 1200 yen per hour. LOVED that because the 10am checkouts were killing me. The staff was very nice. Convenience store is attached. It mentions it in the booking listing, but I didn’t notice until check-in, the rooms are temperature controlled, meaning you have no say in the temperature of your room. I went during winter, and I happen to like being in a sauna, and not being able to turn the heat up was frustrating for me. I wish I had realized that ahead of time but it was still relatively comfortable. Most people would probably find the temperature to be satisfactory. I just like to roast!

The rooms are comfortable and clean, the location is good, and the staff are friendly. They can assist you with the paperwork and send your luggage to your next destination. There is also a Family Mart inside the hotel, which is very convenient for anything you might need. I like everything!

Excellent location in a more quiet area of tokyo with lots of beautiful things around.
