The cookies on offer in the afternoons were very tasty, and having a Coffee Machine with proper coffee 24/7 was such a plus for our jetlagged bodies! The surrounding area was quiet which meant that the nights were peaceful, whilst at the same time the hotel is well connected enough that getting around is not an issue!

I stayed here for 3 separate nights and was able to store my luggage. The staff here are very kind and helpful. They helped me with luggage transfer and with reserving a taxi at my next destination. It is close to 3 different subway lines and has stores nearby, while still being quiet. I would stay here again! More washers/dryers or having a separate washer and dryer instead of the combo would be better.

Th room was really lovely. Showerhead was excellent. Also lived the little table/sofa bench in room. Very well decorated and felt cozy. Next door was playing music really loudly. The staff were really kind, however they offered me to move…which was great, but why should I move? I already had my things ready for the next day and I feel like I shouldn’t have had to move rooms? I wasn’t making any noise. Also who plays music like that in a BUSINESS HOTEL? It wasn’t a party place or near any party places, that’s why I booked it. I hope for more quiet atmosphere.

Very attentive front desk staff. Great location just minutes from two major subway lines. Nice, quiet neighborhood, so nice to come home to after experiencing some of Tokyo's more bustling, neon lit areas. nothing

The hotel is a 5-minute walk from Ochanomizu JR station. There is a great photo spot just in front of the station where you can see three train tracks crossing each other. The single room I stayed in was pretty nice—a typical Tokyo size, small and cozy. It had a king-size single bed. Overall, it's a nice, quiet hotel in a peaceful neighborhood.

Very easy check-in, check-out. English-speaking staff and luggage holding available on the day before check-in and after check-out. The complimentary teas provided in the lobby were lovely. Bathroom was a little musty with some possible mold issues.

The staff are wonderful! Always helpful, always professional, and always friendly and welcoming. The b's breakfast is a great way to start the day. Especially their automatic pancake maker! The b is located between three train stations. It's easy to get anywhere in Japan from the b!

The warmth. The b is so comfortable and welcoming. Staff takes very good care of us every time. Rooms are clean and well maintained. The food selection is great and delicious. Stations are a short walk away. The b is the only place we stay at in Tokyo.

Bathroom could have had better ventilation. After showing, the whole room got really warm and steamy for awhile. Also the lack of a smart tv was a bummer. Was really enjoying casting and using streaming services at some of our other hotels but that we couldn't access here.

Nice common area for breakfast or just sitting, good breakfast, excellent access to subways and JR East, good variety of restaurants nearby. No closet and no drawers to unpack a few things. Not unusual for Tokyo, though.

Very clean! Kind and helpful staff. The room was super small but efficient - perfect for a solo traveler spending as little time in the hotel as possible. Microwave and morning coffee were appreciated! Location was very good in terms of being central to transport but wasn’t a destination in itself. Served all my needs for a reasonably priced, safe, solo spot.

The stuff is very helpful, the room is very clean with a nice size bathroom. What I loved most is the possibility to have fresh coffee any time and for free. The location is very good with many different train/underground stations. There are lots of nice restaurants in the area; it goes quite at the weekend but some restaurants close. Breakfast is limited and very repetitive, most of all I missed fresh fruit.

Our room was clean/tidy and well-presented when we arrived. We stayed in a non-smoking room and could not smell any smoke in the corridors or lift during our stay. The bed was comfortable and the room size was small (expected) and cosy. There was enough space for two people to move around and have two large suitcases open. The hotel is located a 2 min walk from Ogawamachi Station and Shin-Ochanomizu Station. The neighbourhood felt safe and it was quiet at night (no traffic or party sounds could be heard).
