Good location. Very close to the Asakusa Station. An interesting area with the temple complex and the Sumida river close by. Also a very good, cheap ramen shop on a corner close by, on way to temples. I liked the onsen, which was just as well, because there were no private showers. Firsty time I've used a capsule bed. The bed was comfortable with power and lights, but I find it a bit claustrophic as I'm not used it. By the end of my trip to Japan I had stayed in a couple of similar places and I learned to accept it. If there is a little extra space between the bed and the corridor (which was extremely narrow in Asakusa 2), where you can get changed that helps. The kitchen was minimal, an electric jug, a microwave and a small fridge was it.

I really liked this hotel because it’s conveniently located near the train station and right in the city center, making it easy to get around. This was my second time staying here. The only disappointing part of my stay was the night staff. I returned to the hotel at around 10:00 p.m., and I understand that it was late and they may have been tired after a long shift. However, the staff member who handled my check-in was very unfriendly. There was no smile, no “please,” and no “thank you.” Even though I spoke in Japanese throughout our conversation, I was only given very short replies in English, which made me feel unwelcome. Earlier that day, the morning staff who helped store my luggage was incredibly kind and welcoming. Because of that positive first impression, I was quite surprised by the completely different experience I had with the night staff during check-in. When I finally got to my room after a long day, the door was very difficult to open. I called the front desk for assistance, but the response was brief, and the staff member hung up the phone before the issue was properly resolved. I understand that I booked this hotel at a relatively low price, but I don’t believe that should affect the quality of customer service. The location is excellent, and I hope the management will review the service provided by the night staff so future guests can have a better experience. Thank you.

We have no complaints. Loved the place! Will stay here again if we comeback to asakusa

Super great location in Asakusa. Great private room, great bathroom. Everything was clean. The onsen was great too.

Great location in Asakusa. Enjoyed the onsen bath on the second floor. Comfortable sleep. Clean and quiet. Breakfast at Denny's was good.
-
Bed covers were short not suitable for adult and AC was set too low during the night.
-
Rude staff. Asked for cleaning, in the end of day there weren’t any cleaning
-
Convenient area in Asakusa near the station. Staff didn’t really seem to care to be there. Not good customer service.
-
Everything Superb location near Asakusa station with lots of eateries nearby Friendly and helpful staff Cleanliness and hygiene per Japanese standard Breakfast set at Denny 's Asakusa is a big plus Nothing

Location and the sauna. Need to have some amenities, hot coffee machine (paid) and microwave on the first floor.

There were no lockers or space to put your bags or luggage. It just stays outside your bunk on the floor in the dormitory. They had small lockers for personal items like wallets or purses.

Overall was good, even the bathroom is onsen style ( shared) but have a well gender separate with a good security keylock door . I never met the other visitor while I use a bathroom. For someone who hesitate to stay because this issue .Don' t worry much :) Staff is really good english communucate . This time is my 2 nd time stay, very good location for traveller who plan to visit asakusa. Easy to reach haneda airport. Can use both of metro and bus at tokyo skytree And if you stay at this hostel don't forgot to eat MONJAYAKI ( 600 m go stright ) If possible ,please included towel fee in accommodation fee and give it as general.( sometime i forgot to purchase at counter while check-in , don't need to ringing a bell to bother the staff much while they don't stay at counter by night time )

What i didn't like about the hotel is that there is no free water, no coffee no electric kettle. You have to go down to to 2nd floor to have hot water.

Good location, close to many restaurants, temples and the the station. The space to put our things is strange. At least where my bed was located, it was no where near me. There was a strange smell on my floor.
