Really helpful and friendly staff who went out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Love their enthusiasm of the hotel and the surrounding area - they seem to be very proud of telling stories about the area.

I had high expectations because of the excellent location right in front of Senso-ji Temple. However, the breakfast was very disappointing. It felt more like a small snack than an actual breakfast and was far from satisfying. Considering the price, I don’t think it offered good value. In my opinion, this place is overrated and relies heavily on its location rather than the overall experience.

The location and features of the room were fantastic. It was conveniently situated near multiple Asakusa stations. The property was spotless, and the staff was incredibly helpful and always attentive to our needs. The lack of essential amenities like razor blades was a major inconvenience. The cost of the laundry machines was exorbitant, and the limited number of machines (only two washers and two driers) made it difficult to do laundry. Additionally, using the tablet to order snacks in the upstairs lounge was a cumbersome process. The projection on the wall in the evenings was dim and washed out by the lights from the room.

Our fifth stay at Omo3. We love the central location, lovely staff and terrace! Our room was clean and sunny, with great view of Sensoji Temple. More variety in food options in Terrace Cafe would be nice.

The position of the hotel was fantastic, right in the hustle of Asakusa but a wonderful haven. The roof top was stunning with views to die for. And all the staff were excellent with a wonderful offering of things to take part in if you wanted. Nothing really it was wonderful.

OMO3 is in a very accessible area of Asakusa. The views of the temple and sky tower were great. The rooftop deck was lovely.

The staff and location are excellent. Close to trains, Sensoji temple. Great view of sky tree from the roof top deck. They even had a luggage storage area after checking out to allow us to explore for a few hours without luggage.

Location, well appointed, and friendly staff. There is the OMO base, which is a relaxation area on 13th floor with a food and drink station and a panoramic window that over looks the Senso Ji temple. There was also a rooftop terrace that we were able to overlook Senso Ji temple and where we rang in the New Year. The rooms were very small compared to other accommodations we had on our trip.

Upon arrival, the front desk staff had no record of my payment. I made 100% payment at time of booking. At check in they proceeded to charge me, and then ask for verification of prior payment. Also insisted on charging/forcing me to pay for a 2nd room.
