I liked the location, close to the station. There was a supermarket close by. Staff were friendly and helpful. They helped with luggage transfer so that was a bonus! Room was spacious and loved how it had a kitchen area with stove, fridge…etc. Offered free welcome snacks to try in the room!

Spacious for Tokyo standard. Just comfortable for our family of 5 adults. I guess the soundproofing was not that excellent because the people in the room below us complained of noise from our room when we just did normal day to day stuff- not partying or jumping around or throwing things around.

Room is tidy which is comfortable feeling . All the facilities are in perfect mode.

Our stay was nice and we really appreciate the coffee in the morning and the warm hospitality of the staff. Our rooms were very spacious and as 4 people we didn't have any problems regarding space. The room was very clean and they had cleaning services every 2-3 days. The room was nice but we didn't have any space to hang bath towels apart from the shower bar so we had to either put them on our suitcases or hang them on the kitchen chairs. A hook for towels would be much appreciated. (There was a coat hanger too).

The rooms were spacious, clean, and nice to look at. The staff spoke great English and were patient. They took the time to give us a tour of the room with its features during check in and helped us book a taxi. I was incredibly impressed with their service.

Located in a quiet local area away from the crowds, but only a 5-minute walk to the station. The staff are amazing and very helpful. Perfect stay!

The room was perfect!! It was exactly what I was expecting!! The bed was comfortable, a/c worked on hot days. The balcony had a nice view. The location was perfect, away from the city to take a break from the noise. The staff was amazing. Can call you a taxi if you need it. Close to the train station. Nothing

The staff were extremely helpful and made our stay there very enjoyable.

The room was clean and well maintained. The staff was very helpful in assisting us in showing us around the neighborhood around and getting transportation, and very easy to communicate with.

Great location and very nice staff. Close to train, restaurants, convenience stores, 24 hour supermarkets. Rooms were good size and appreciated the pajamas and snacks! There was nothing we did not like. Will stay there again!

He even directed us the way to Yokohoma in terms of when & what types of train to catch. The Hotel is generally cozy & nice to stay with supermarket, 7-Eleven, Lawson nearby. To me, the hotel is a little bit far from the MINOWA station. as you need to walk about 5-7min .... Overall, it is excellent

open They had no credit card machine. Had sliding (like Square company) which didnt work &not secure. Later unveiled machine which was not setup. 2) Didnt accept cash. 3) Wanted "call my bank" 4) Wanted personal info on paper. 5) Refused cancel even no way pay them 6) Had no proof of business license. 7) Hard find w/o gps 8) Both generally incompetent.

Accomodations were outstanding and staff was very amazing to interact with. I will be booking more future stays at this hotel. No complaints and all compliments to all the staff. We enjoyed everything.

Difficult to get to by train with luggage
