The hotel was inexpensive and offered a budget-friendly place to stay. The shower was clean, and the self-check-in and check-out process was relatively easy. It may be a suitable option for travelers whose main priority is keeping accommodation costs low. What I did not like was that the accommodation was advertised as a single room, but it was not actually a fully enclosed room. The sleeping space was simply separated by curtains, and there was a gap between the bottom of the curtain and the floor. As a result, privacy was quite limited. However, considering the very low price, I understood that I could not expect too much. This place may be acceptable for budget travelers, but it may not be suitable for anyone who values privacy.

I love the set up at this location. Instead of a capsule, you get a small room, separated by a wooden wall and a curtain for the entrance to your unit. the futon was comfortable and it was refreshing being able to stand up in my little area. As always, Hostel Lodging Tokyo is incredibly clean. Every location I’ve stayed at was clean. At check out time you see the workers begin carefully cleaning the facilities. The shower is spacious with nice shampoo and body wash. The kitchenette is small but it is there if you need a stovetop or fridge. There is also laundry, and the machine automatically dispenses soap so you don’t need to buy detergent. The location is 2 minutes walk to a sento, 3 minutes walk to 711, and 6 minutes walk to a train station. I’ll stay here again and again! Thank you.

Clean Check in time late, if the room it is free you should let people in before

Location, privacy, comfort I wish there was more space for luggage, bedroom doors with a lock, and motion sensor bathroom sink and soap.

It advertises private rooms but there aren’t any. It’s a dormitory room with futons separated by curtains. The lights stayed on all night and they are extremely bright.

More overhead space than traditional capsule hotels, lockers with built in locks to put valuables free of charge

The location is convenient, with a nearby convenience store and close access to the JP station, where the Skyliner passes by. I think it is a great choice if you are arriving in Tokyo at midnight or spending your last night in the city. The room is divided by movable wooden partitions, which means noise from other guests can easily get through. Instead of a solid door, there are curtains, but these curtains are not long enough to fully cover the entrance, so you can see people's feet as they walk past your room/bed

The property has limited space to move around. Although we booked a double room, there is no real privacy, as there are no doors—only a curtain separating the room from the hallway. Additionally, it is not possible to leave luggage after check-out, even though there appears to be space available. Also the spring mattress was not comfortable.

I like that it was central to stuff. I’m so pissed because there was so many other people that were sick and I could feel my body getting unwell after the first night. I am so beyond pissed and it put a little hault on some stuff I wanted to do.

Wi-Fi was ok Zero Privacy Zero Safety It is a scam, it is not `single room` it is more like a changing room at the clothes store During my stay a women arrived and her `room` was filled with someone else's stuff On the first night at 11 pm someone was praying, someone was drowning in plastic bags, someone was watching tiktoks, and someone eating chips. On the second night that company was joined by a man loudly clicking mouse next to my ear. In the morning there are multiple alarms and some people snooze them, so they ring again later. It is like being in some perpetual nightmare. I brought laptop with me and had to just walk around the city with a bag, as 'rooms' have only curtain and provided locker is big enough to put there maybe a Rolex watch in a box, although box might not fit.

The check in process is digital and pretty simple, the other tenants are mostly quiet and keep to themselves. The futon is actually better than in most cheap hostels. Towels, body wash, shampoo are provided. There's also a small fridge, microwave and a water station. Also a small coin locker on the first floor. As the others have said, IT IS NOT A SINGLE PRIVATE ROOM. There are dividers between the futons and a curtain you can close so you're hidden from the corridor. Except there's a 30-40 centimetre gap between the floor and the curtain, so when you're lying down, you are technically fully visible. There are some dividers you can take if you want more privacy, but they're stashed on the first floor and if you arrive tired at 10pm wanting nothing more than sleep, you won't know about it until the morning. As a female solo traveler, this is unacceptable. I didn't care at night, but waking up and learning I was sleeping in the same space as 10 30 year old men was terrifying.

It was good, cheap-ish, got cleaned every day. No Problems, you can do Self Check in aswell. And you have like 5mins to minowa Station. It’s very tiny, and is honestly More Like a Hostel than I Imagined. Biggest Problem for me was that you wake up every time someone uses the Fan or uses the sink, cause it’s like right infront of the „rooms“ that don’t have anything to block the Noise, at all. So if you want to sleep good or are a light sleeper and arent really a Fan of those ear Buds, then I wouldnt reccomend. Otherwise it was good though, just yeah.
