Location is great. Staff is helpful. I’m on the 1st floor and some kids play basketball every early morning which makes me wake up. At night there’ll be some teenagers talking near the window so I can’t sleep. The sound proof isn’t good.

Location is perfect. It’s just right beside the street and a lot of restaurant and store nearby. Also not far away from subway. Room is a little bit small and air conditioner system is a little bit old. But still good to use.

Awesome location in Asakusa. Lots of places to eat nearby and things to do. Check in at the main building and the annex is right around the corner. It has an elevator. There are a few stairs you must go down to enter the building. Was surprisingly comfortable although on the ground level you can hear people walking on street level because you’re slightly below them. It was so small. The small fridge blocked the walkway into the room.

The hotel is located in the Asakusa area, very close to major attractions. There is a McDonald's right next door and near to convenience store. Convenient transportation, close to the Tokyo Metro Ginza line, station G18 (Tawaramachi). The price is good. If you want to save money, you might consider it. However, I would not return again. The room was so musty and dusty that it was hard to breathe. The hotel is priced accordingly. I booked a Twin Bed room and was given a room on the basement floor. As soon as the hotel door opened, there was an immediate musty smell. Right outside the room, there were mold stains suggesting a potential issue with the pipe above the ceiling. The room did not have Air Conditioning (AC) as listed in the Facilities, only a heater. When I informed the front desk that it was hot and asked why I couldn't switch it to cooling, they told me to open the window. The window opened up to the ground, and I was concerned that dust from the floor would enter the room, which was a major point of dissatisfaction for me. The room was very dusty, the pillows were not soft, and the blanket was old and pilling. The bathroom was extremely small.

The location is fantastic. For a family it's very uncomfortable due to the size of the room. You may feel a little claustrophobic. If your a tall person, you may hit your head on the window frame.

We had a double room with a full bed and it didn't feel small. There's a little fridge that can get to semi freezing even though we only put it half way! The mattress was a spring mattress and comfortable though a little worn down. Amenities are provided (hand soap, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toothbrush with a little toothpaste, a nightgown that I used as a robe, little kettle for hot water, hair dryer, TV). You needed to keep a hotel key card slotted in the room to keep all the electricity going and they give you 2 key cards. The A/C was life saving. Elevator was always available, never saw other guests. I can ask for the room to be made the day I want and fresh towels are left every day. Hotel and rooms were clean. The bathroom would make the room extremely moist even with the vent going 24 hours and I didn't see a vent for the room. Had to open the window every time to help the moisture leave. Also, if you make a stink in the bathroom, try to remember to get Febreze: the room was not small but it is if you have a strong smell.

The location was convenient Nothing

Staff were accommodating for luggage delivery Very small space with oddly oriented rooms. Fairly clean, but it was an older building and the rooms reflected that.

Perfect location in the middle of Asakusa, close to metro and train stations. We had fresh towels every day and when we opted for room service the room was left spotless

I took a taxi from Haneda airport to the hotel. Trying to take the metro trains with luggage, even just a carry on and backpack, when it’s your first time in Japan is crazy! If you came this far, then the convenience of a taxi is well worth it! The flat rate fare was 9000 yen. The driver dropped me off in front of the Trend Annex. I had a hard time finding the main hotel front desk. Final I asked two Japanese women to help me. Saying “sumemasen” is the majic word to get attention and help. When you’re standing facing the side street, go right and right again then 50 feet or so the Hotel Trend sign will be on the right. Blink once and you will miss it! It’s that small of an entrance. The front desk person was courteous and spoke a little English. It will be Very helpful if you learn some basic words in Japanese. The Japanese people really appreciate the effort and respect of being in Their country. And they will go out of their way to help you. The room was spotless clean. It was Very small! But I travel alone so no problem. Full size bed, small refrigerator, hair dryer, microwave on the third floor. The bathroom was clean. To get into the tube/shower you need to step over a 2 1/2 foot lip. If you have mobility issues then there’s a safety issue. The bed was comfortable and had two small square pillows with soba beads on one side and cushioning on the other. Surprisingly comfortable! I was fortunate to not hear any noise from neighboring guests and very little from the street. Always take ear plugs with you when you travel. Just in case. So if you can handle a very small space then this hotel is a great bargain. I hope your experience will be as good as mine was. Aloha from a white Hawaiian resident.

Room was decently spacious and beds were fine. Cannot beat this location for the value. Near many restaurants, shops and <10 minute walk to train stations. The sheets are dark yellow in color (not due to stains or anything) so it's not the most pleasant to look at in my opinion but this had no effect on my stay.
