Location and quietness of the room; friendly staff.

It was nice having rooms in the middle of busy streets/alleys with lots of food choices, entertainment, and shopping. Easy enough to go back to our rooms so kids can rest. Our rooms were on the 3rd floor, no elevators; was difficult for hauling kids and luggage.

The location was great, its in the centre of every thing. A lota of restaurants around the area, and the convenience store was just around the corner. Shops like Donki, uniqlo ang GU, daiso was just nearby aswell. No elevator and concierge to help you with your luggage. Our room was located in the 3rd floor. So many stairs to take. Not advisable for travelers with kids. And the room service, doesnt wash dishes of used glass, doesnt vacuum the floor and clean the mess. They only arrange the bed and change the towels.

The room was clean and big enough. It wasn't too noisy, despite being on a busy shopping street. Price was good. The only thing I didn't like about the hotel was that it didn't have an elevator. I had a very heavy bag that I couldn't have dragged up the stairs to the third floor. Fortunately though, the night desk clerk was a strong young man who carried it up the two flights. He was great, but this was lucky because if the young woman who was the morning desk clerk happened to be there at night, I would have been stuck. So yes, I would stay there again--unless I had a heavy bag. Perhaps the Annex to the hotel, which is booked separately, and is around the corner, has an elevator though.

Location is the only good thing about this place. super small room No Elevator, Staff refused to help carrying luggage upstairs Noisy A/C not adjustable.

Needs cleaning.

I had two rooms booked for family, first night my parents found bed bugs and had to advocate for themselves to get another room. Since there were no other rooms available they were moved to another building. The hotel need a deep cleaning. Hallways are stained and has bad odor.

A great location in Asakusa close to the Asakusa station. The room was a little dirty, and the bed comforter was not clean.
-
They charge me additional JPY42,000 for my booking since my children was 11 and 17. It so unfair to us because upon my booking 11 and 17 fall as a child.

Good location.

The downfall to this hotel is the noise and AC. The AC does not work so you have to keep the windows open, however if you open the windows the sound from outside is really loud. There is a bar in the back so people get rowdy at night and then there was some kind of loud pallet sounds at 2am.

Hallways we dirty and smelly.
-
Location was great it’s closed everything, train stations, sight areas and restaurants. It was loud due to the 24hr restaurant/bar next door.
-
No elevators so it was hard carrying my luggages up the stairs. Aside from that, everything else was good!

Good location, clean bathroom Broken beds, springs popping out of mattress, incredibly dirty floor (they never vacuumed, hair was everywhere - floors also carpeted), extremely dusty, tiny reception area, only stairs, no elevator
