Clean property, the room and lobby is very small but quite standard for Tokyo. The staff knowledge or willingness to help with restaurants in the neighbourhood was limited.

The rooms could've been bigger as it bearly fits two people (especially if the suitcases are big ones).

The location was good The rooms were cramped. It seemed like the room was designed for a normal single person business room, but the owners decided to rip out the small desk that is in one of these rooms and place another bed. This room is barely able to support two people. Let alone there stuff.

All necessities were available at the hotel, the staff was very helpful The room was pretty small for our family, we stayed one night so it was ok, but staying longer might have been uncomfortable

Room doesn't have a big enough counter/table to put things on top of. Would be nice to have a bigger table between beds.

The location is perfect for sightseeing across tokyo. The room size is decent and staff is very helpful. I don't have any complaints from my four nights stay. All kinds of shops, restaurants, convenience stores are very close to the hotel.
