Location was prime as it sits above the metro station and one of the key factors in selecting this as our first stay (of 6 hotels for 3 week trip) upon arrival (JY loop - transfer at Shinagawa from Haneda Airport; and Asakusa Line). We opted to pay for breakfast which was good, had 3 options (plus a salad bar and other items like rice, cereal, yogurt etc) and rotated daily between 3 menus. Twin beds were comfortable. Iron and board available upon request. Convenient laundry availability displays on room tv (3 machines that do combo wash/dry). Had to be creative in rearranging a few things to fit/open luggage. Appreciated the separate tub/shower room. Overall would recommend to 1st time visitors. Not enough hooks to hang things.

The staff were very responsive when we pointed out deficiencies and immediately moved us. The front desk staff were all very kind and polite. The beds were comfortable. The shower was in bad condition. The shower control was old and needed fixing, snd the shower floor is stained, and dirty. The shower tiles walls also dirty. The telephone was not working. They moved us to another room. The phone was working on the new room, but the shower floor & tiles were also stained and dirty.

Great location nearby train station; short distance into the city. Lots of shops and restaurants in walking distance. Staff very helpful and friendly. I would definitely come back and stay here again.

Rooms were modern and comfortable. Location couldn’t be beat. Conveniences nearby were plentiful. Can’t really think of anything I didn’t like.

It was a very clean and quiet, feels like an upscale property, very well managed. The toilet, shower, and sink are in separate areas. We enjoyed the convenience of being so close to the train station. We found yummy breakfast at a bakery just outside the hotel entrance and the train station entrance. The mattress was too firm for our liking. The room was quite small but that was expected.
