Excellent location, comfortable room for a single person, there is an available option to do laundry.

Great location, combini across the street and a supermarket around the corner. Access to Yamanote-line, Asakusa-line (goes directly to Haneda and Narita airport) and Ikegami-line. Friendly staff with smooth check-in and check-out. Decent breakfast; I liked the little morning hamburgers. (They also had fish, omelets, yoghurt, plenty for protein lovers.) Air humidifiers are available in each room as standard. No complaints.

It was a close location to Gotanda Station. The front desk staff service. Not tourist friendly at all.

Nice place in the Gotanda area which didn't have that many tourists. We stayed there so it would be easier to get to Haneda airport in the morning. Everything was great, nice hotel.

Great location. Amazing staff! Great air conditioning. Bad elevator functioning in terms of user experience. Room was dirty above waist level: drips of nicotine on the walls, dirty celling. No transparent window.

Everything was in working order, the A/C worked well and was quiet, and the soundproofing was very good. The room could also be made pitch black which ensured we had good sleep. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and lots of little amenities were provided (toothbrush, razor etc.) Bed was very hard and the sheets felt cheap, the room was tiny, and there was a good amount of wear and tear across the room (so it wasn't the most pleasant visually).

A perfect budget-friendly hotel for a short stay. I booked this for one night to crash in after a very long day of traveling from America to Japan, and it fit all of my expectations. The bathroom was clean and a good enough size for me. The bed was comfortable and I enjoyed the easy login access to Netflix on the tv. I took a nice shower and snuggled right into the covers with Netflix on to unwind from the day. The staff was super welcoming and spoke good English. The location was in a quieter part of Tokyo with lots of restaurants and shopping close by. It was also only 2 stops from Shinagawa station, which was where I was taking the shinkansen out of the next day, making it very easy to get up and get out the following morning. There is very little walking space in the room. I brought a medium sized suitcase, backpack and carry-on from my travels and with those in the room it was quite crowded. This would not be a good accommodation for those who need to get in and out of big suitcases consistently and not for people traveling in pairs or more. For some reason the tv volume also does not go above 25. I think this is great for not disturbing your neighbors but it would have been nice to have it go a bit higher.

I mistakenly booked a Smoking room and I’m a non smoker. At first the odor was unbearable and I called them to see if I could change my room. I had literally no expectations because it had been my fault, but they SO NICELY found a room in a non smoking floor for me. I stayed for 10 days so it would’ve been a nightmare otherwise. I am beyond grateful that they were able to accommodate. Getting my towels changed every day and trash taken out every day was amazing. The cleaning every three days was perfect as I’m not messy, and overall service was great. They have coin laundry so I was even able to go back home with my clothes ready to be put back in the drawers. I LOVED IT. They also give you pajamas which made it easier for me as I didn’t bring any :) Breakfast didn’t offer fruit but otherwise it was pretty decent and some options.

Beware of unexplained surprises checkout is 10am not like others 11am. Had to pay extra for every 10min more while rushing to pack for 1020am. A bad finish to an overall good stay. No flexible as booked 3 family rooms and will not come back.

the location is convenience for guests who wants to be around shibuya, shinjuku, Gotanda areas is another options for lower cost, near JR Gotanda station(Yamanote Line) , the staff is very kind and warm welcome and warm atmosphere once step in the hotel. Tokyu near the hotel for eating and supermarket and shopping, room is clean, shampoo and soap is great, no need to bring when traveling. Ice offered downstair and washing machine also available. Very convenience...Love it more variety of breakfast offered, we stay for 5 days, breakfast is same for 5 days.
