The hotel was so pretty and conformable. The views of the river from the deck were amazing and the staff was so nice and welcoming. I thought the share bathrooms were going to be a problem, but I was so wrong they were sooo clean and the amenities were on point. It was a lovely experience. It was a bit far from the train station, in my opinion (like a 15 min or so), and walking with baggage in the summer heat can be a little bit uncomfortable, but maybe that's just me.

We were only there one night, they only had two choices for breakfast. A waffle or a vegan soup. It was ok. The coffee wasn't great. The room was nice, but the AC air smelled a bit funky. Woke up with a sore throat.

The location was nice being along the river but wasn't very close to most of the sites / attractions we were planning to visit. Street food options were a bit limited too compared to the other area we stayed at in Tokyo.

Incredible view of the river and the SkyTree. We stayed at the hotel because my son loves boats, and it was amazing to see so many of them going by, lighting up the night sky. There are local markets nearby, but the metro requires a 10-minute walk across a huge bridge. With luggage, the journey is complicated.

The hotel was clean. The receptionist was professional Breakfast don’t have much options. The hotel is not cheap but they extra for a hot coffee in the morning. I am a sure give ppl a nice coffee in the morning. They have us the free vouchers for drinks. Why don’t give people a good coffee to start a day. Why make it hard for ppl just a little coffee option.

It was a very nice place and the people in the shared room are very considerate and keeps quiet and they don’t make a lot of noises. Nothing.

There were three of us in one room but we hardly noticed because the room size was very generous. Beds were very comfortable and the amenities were great. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially with luggage forwarding. The breakfast price was a little expensive than we expected so we went and found a cafe not far from the hotel that served a very hearty and less expensive than the hotel.

The room is very small, and there was no flexibility around the check-in time, although they did let us store our luggage.

Bed and facilities were clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. A bit of a walk to nearest metro station/bus stop.

Great location right on the Suminda River. Interesting and efficient plan of shared kitchenette, bathrooms and private locked rooms and attached brewery and restaurant. Would like kitchen better equipped with some utensils and bowls

That it was in a quiet neighbourhood away from the busy areas of the city. Lovely location for morning walks along the river for coffee. Comfortable pajamas. The best ramen shop / Tunaholic is just a few blocks away. Pillows and beds were very firm.

Very clean room and friendly, helpful staff… their breakfast area has an excellent view of the Sumida, definitely a highlight for the place Wish it was closer to Kiyosumi station… it’s still about 10min by foot… also, shower was way too small… could not really scrub my feet and I am a skinny guy!

We love staying in the Kiyosumi area, the parks and lack of crowds make the 10min walks to trains worth it. The mattresses are really hard, so if they were a little more comfortable I’d rate a 10/10

Our river-view room had an exceptional window view of the bridge through the shower/bathtub room. It was clean, tidy, and had everything we needed. The location was beautiful, safe, and easy to get to public transportation, either the subway a few blocks away or the bus from the station directly across the river. The concierge was kind and happy to help us find a late-night open restaurant. The breakfast soup at the cafe on the second floor was not very good, but coffee was delicious.
