Mitsui Garden Hotel Ginza Tsukiji

I wish there’s more variety with the breakfast.

It was a very comfortable place to come back to after a long day. The hotel is very quiet and peaceful, so is the location.

I liked that it had a public bath house, onsite coffee/ deli shop, and restaurant. Loved the in room washer dryer. It lacked soundproof. I was kept up a few nights from the constant street sounds which included sirens, car sounds like racing, etc. Room felt a little dark, no where to hang towels, no body lotion.

This hotel is 1 block a way from Tsukiji Market and a 5-7 minutes walk to th shopping district of Ginza. The closest train gate is the Higashi Ginza exit/gate A11. Once you come up and out of the A11 gate, follow the red arrow in the photo for 2 blocks to get to the hotel. The staff was very friendly, helpful and attentive. There is an onsen/public bath at the basement. It is amazing so make sure you use it after a long day of walking. There is also an coffee, water and ice station on the second floor. It's better than the buffet coffee. The buffet was alright and I would have liked it more it there were more meat/protein selection and the coffee should be more hot. The room was very comfortable except the pillows are very very soft. There's Plenty of electrical outlets and we didn't need a converted to use all our electronics. If you are from the USA and has a CPAP, the room outlet will accomadate our 110V CPAP (Japan outlet is 100-110 depending on the hotels). The room has a refrigerator with a freezer on the bottom, a microwave and a blessing of a washing machine with soap. Amazing!!! But Bring your own dryer sheets. The staff is very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Some of them use google translate to communicate to us. If you need a taxi to and from the hotel, email the hotel and they can help set it up for you. We had an amazing time at your hotel. Thank you so much The coffee was not hot and there needs to be more protein/meat at the buffet counter. And please get some pillows that are harder and will not sink to the mattress when you put your head on them. I will still give this hotel a 10 rating..:)

The staff was incredibly helpful, and the room nice and spacious and clean. Also loved the robot that delivered our room service. The hotel is too reliant on digital services. The check on process involved a kiosk, but guests clearly struggle with it as an employee came over right away without being asked to walk us through it. I saw the same happen with other guests checking in. Similarly, ordering room service or even making reservations at the hotel restaurant could only be done through the television, which was a very confusing process. The staff was great, and it would have been much more useful to simply do these things through them rather relying on confusing tech. Along the same lines, we found it confusing to know when we could and couldn’t use the restaurant. Booking through the television would work better if it was clearer on the television what the days/hours are and when it’s already full for the evening. We showed up several time tired and hungry, only to be turned away because it stopped serving meals hours before closing, or was full for the evening.

It was centrally located in the city with easy access to all the metro lines. The room and hotel were super clean and relaxing. The staff were superb and professional, I highly recommend staying here! Nothing it was perfect!

Friendly staff. Good location near train station. Pillow was a bit uncomfortable.

The room was more spacious than I anticipated, and the shower was awesome. Loved the sento public bath and breakfast in the morning was great. The room was a bit noisy. We brought a sound machine that helped.

Was super clean and beautiful, perfect location a few steps from the market, stores and great coffee places and restaurants I wish the size of the rooms were a little bigger

It was a very good hotel with accommodating and kind staff. The hotel was simple to get in and get out. They helped with luggage. It was great for a short stay. The café could’ve been a little bit better
