Tokyu Stay Tsukiji (Tokyo Ginza Area)

Location is the best! Tsukiji Market right outside the hotel! So many food choices. To top it off, Staff was very friendly. None

Friendly staff, clean hotel and rooms. The smoking area was in front of elevators. Even though the hotel had an air filter on by the smoking area you could still smell smoke in the elevator directly in front of the smoking area.

Proximity to fresh seafood market and Ginza area, washing machine in-room and complete with kitchen sink and cleaning supplies for dishes

It has an excellent location! It was very noisy on the 5th floor where I stayed either many noise kids. I would appreciate it if o get placed on a floor that is more quiet next tune especially since they knew in a solo business traveler for 9 nights

Convenient and close to so many food options next to Tsukiji Fish Market. Clean towels were not provided unless requested. My preference would be that towels be provided automatically unless I notify that they are not needed.

Location was fantastic for teamlab planet and access to Toyosu market. Of course when you step out of the hotel, you have the Tsukiji market which is surprisingly touristy despite the market having left a while ago. Love the vibe around especially when all the tourists have left. Within 20 minute walk is the Ginza. Bathroom could be cleaner. The temperature control in the hallway is set too low. Very cold. Also in the room, appropriate temperature was difficult to set. It was either too cool or too warm.

Well we checked in at night and wasn’t to sure but in the morning we weee happy to see we weee in the heart of the fish market and it was incredible. Loves the location and we had crab legs for breakfast Very small room

Location was so convenient to the Fish Market and eateries. It was difficult to find pastry and bread shops.

Amazing location I love everything

Great hotel! Check in was so easy. I love all the amenities. Our room had everything we needed. The location is right next to the fish market, so there’s always something new to try for easy breakfast. Having a washer dryer was essential. And I love that they have a unit in the room. We could set something to wash and dry while we were out for the day. The size of the room is just right. It’s cozy, but there’s enough room to put your luggage in. A little snug, but that’s normal for Japan. The staff was also amazing. We needed help with forwarding luggage to our next hotel. The front desk clerk was super helpful. She filled out our luggage form for us and set us up so that our luggage would arrive at our hotel room. Every staff member we interacted with was pleasant. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Japan N/A

The location was great! The fish market just a few feet away which is perfect!!! Close to the train station. I would stay here again! There was a little mix up with our room, they gave us the wrong one. On day 2 they notified is (we didn’t even notice is wasn’t the one we booked) the staff helped move our luggage to our upgraded room and even gave us food vouchers and an option for a later check in. They were very nice and very helpful with questions we had. Good place for the price! The pillows were a little lumpy and not the most comfortable.
