It was clean and very cool to have the experience of having the tatami floors and sleeping on the futons. The location was close enough to a subway station to get where we wanted to go in Tokyo. We were greeted by a friendly staff member at check in and then it was nice to just leave our key for check out. The windows had the rice paper screen but nothing else to block out light and there were really bright lights and signs right across from the property so it was really difficult to fall asleep without an eye mask. I would have appreciated a second blackout screen or some curtains to help with the light.

The property was clean and quiet. The room was spacious and comfortable! 団地は、綺麗で、静かでした!部屋は、広くて、快適でした!

we asked if our hotel could store our suitcases for the afternoon, and they said "take out the valuables and leave in front of the front desk, where anyone can walk in and take them - there is no employee there till 1.30. Also, it turned out this was in the fine print, but, we were unpleasantly surprised to find out that our room was on the 7th floor, but the lift only went up to the 6th. With heavy suitcases this was unpleasant.

Staff fast response time. Cleanliness. Location. Good looking. Everything you need: shower, toilet, lights, storage space, sink, elevator to the apartment, towels, soap. Ventilation is a bit noisy or the alternative - opening a window - is also noisy due to a humming noise (just like a ventilator) outside.

The property is very close to the business district and well connected to the subway system. There is a laundromat across and 7-11 within 3-4 min walk. The Tokyo Air Terminal Bus Service runs from 5 blocks away which is excellent. Staff is helpful and prompt. The space is tight for more than 2 people. Luggage storage & use becomes an issue; however, we wanted the ryokan type experience in the city. Did not disappoint.

Location was perfect, just far enough outside the business of Tokyo but close enough to walk to Tokyo Station and Ginza. Nice balcony for some fresh air. There is also a 24 hour coin laundry across the street and 7-11 a 2 min walk away. We stayed here with my 3 month old and it was easy.

The location was perfect, quiet neighborhood with good options for transportation around. The rooms are quite small, you really feel the Japanese experience. We had a room for 3 ppl, and we had to fold the table to place the bedding on the tatami (floor) using almost all the space of the room. You have to get used to do everything on the floor. The bedroom had its own private bathroom within the room. This property runs with few people, very nice, but you can only catch them under their schedule. Note that cleaning of the room has extra charge, consider this if you are staying several nights.

The property was clean, staff was friendly, and the location was great.

Japanese room was spacious and clean. It’s still a bit pricey.

The family suite is smaller than expected, staying as a family of 4 although it was advertised for 5, but we made do. Just be aware if you have multiple large suitcases.

A great location in a quieter part of Tokyo. Most relaxing stay at any hotel I’ve had in Tokyo. Nothing. Had a wonderful stay.

Location was perfect. The unit was clean and well maintained. Staff was very nice and accommodating. The pictures on the web site made it look a lot bigger than it was. It was rather cramped with 2 adults and 2 children. Limited storage space but worked OK for our stay.
-
Wonderful large room with private bathroom, convenient located close to several subway lines and airport shuttle, quiet location. Baggage storage is in the unsupervised entrance hall.
-
Location was a little off from all the major mode of transportation.
-
The Hotel is located in a nice residential area with good food spots and multiple metro stations close by (all ca. 10min walk). The staff was friendly and accommodating. For the price, no complaints at all about the room, and the futons were very comfortable.
-
Location and staff, good wifi speed. They removed a few of features for ryokans: no sleepers at the toilet, no tea.

Everything. I would definitely return. Everything was great!

room spacious, beds comfy, hot water, refrigerator. Proper laundromats cross the road. Luggage drop off from previous hotel very appreciated. heating is made only with air conditioning

The hotel staff are friendly and polite, and the location is convenient near Tokyo City Air Terminal, with direct limousine bus access to Haneda and Narita airports. The location is a bit far from the subway station, the room is very small, and you need to prepare the bed yourself by putting on the bedsheet. The shower room is also very small, making it difficult to move around.

Very beautiful apartment with traditional setting and modern facilities in a very calm and nice area. Lots of nearby restaurants and grocery stores. At least three Metro stations nearby including express trains to the airports.
