Overall a great stay

Location Nothing

Very stiff beds, could be difficult for people with back problems. There was also some occasional bad smells from the drain in the shower room.
-
Very clean, the staff is so so helpful & kind, we loved the lockers to use before you check in, our room had a great view, the location was great as well. Room was a bit small but the layout worked well, def good for 1-2 people but no more We accidentally ordered a smoking room without knowing :( so the room and hall smelled like smoke

Everything during my stay was great. I only stayed for one day, but the stuff was so welcoming. The room was beautiful, very clean and very comfortable and I was able to storage my luggage before check-in and almost a full day after check-out which help me tremendously during my travels! All was great!

This hotel was very close to the Kayabacho station (2 minutes walk) in Nihonbashi neighborhood which is a business area of Tokyo. The hotel room is very standard, like any other hotel room in Japan so not very big if you're planning to bring more than 2 big suitcases. After COVID-19 pandemic, all hotels have a self check-in and check-out service which helps you check-in smoothly. Furthermore, hotel staff are there to help out if you are unable to check-in. The bed was comfortable and there was separate rack area to hang your clothes, which gives you a bit more space in the room itself. There is a convenience store right next to the hotel and quite a few restaurants nearby. The room is equipped with a split aircon and a humidifier. The bathroom is old and the washlet nozzle was dirty in this room. The hotel staff cleaned it, however not very thoroughly so there was residue. The hotel staff sent an apology letter and offered to change the room but I was only there for 2 days and was mostly out the whole day so I did not feel like packing everything up and moving to another room. What I found surprising is that all hotels in Japan provide a variety of amenities including a water dispenser in the lobby, which this hotel did not provide. This hotel also was also undergoing an elevator maintenance which was noisy and for almost a whole day, only one elevator was functional.

The location of the hotel was excellent, located only a short 20-50 meter walk away from Kayabacho Metro Station. Staff was also friendly and helpful. The room itself is clean and the bed is comfortable. We booked the double room which according to the description was had a total area of 16 meter squared. We were given a corner room and it did not feel like a 16 meter squared room. The placement of the bed was extremely awkward and we could barely open 1 medium-sized checked in luggage. Had the corner room been used for something else, or had the placement of the furniture been more well thought out it would've been much more comfortable.

Overall Good experience. The room size was a bit small but was fine for solo traveller . Rest location is superb near to the main station.

Superb
-
Good hotel with larger rooms Location a little further out of city but reasonably close to station
-
It was close to places like Ginza, staff were nice. The TV is in a awkward placement as it sticks out. There is only 1 place you can put your luggage and the tv can be in the way. I went down to get something from my luggage and hit the side of my head against the tv while coming up.
