HOTEL LiVEMAX Nihonbashi Koamicho

I spent almost JPY10,000 taxi fare to get to the hotel from Haneda Airport. They could not find me another accommodation, I sat in their little front lobby until 5am and was told to leave. Who is going to compensate for the taxi fare?

Best hotel in Tokyo! Nothing, everything just perfect

I like the privacy and the fact that the building, although in a busy district, had natural light entering at all times of the day. Also location was convenient. I would not recommend this location to families since there is no breakfast, and the place is mainly for travelers needing a place to sleep.

The airport lost my bag, and it was eventually sent to the hotel. I spent the whole evening waiting for it as requested, but the staff failed to notify me when it arrived. I only realized it was there hours later when I asked at front desk

Very quiet area but walking distance to many restaurants and to the train station. Will stay here again when in Tokyo.

Nothing to like. The building smelt of smoke all-day. The room was inadequate. The staff were not assistive. The rate charged was extortionate. Endured miserable stay and would not recommend anyone to consider here.

The room is very clean, and can ask for cleaning service everyday, the location is perfect! Very near the station and bus! And I like the hotel provides 4 people room, which is good for my family to stay together! I hope the breakfast option can be more, there’s only 3 options everyday, and we almost ate the same sandwiches everyday in the morning.

It was stated on booking.com and also pasted on the check in counter that breakfast is at a nearby cafe. We walked to the cafe and turn up it's actually getting the bento from the front desk. There's no staff at the counter in the morning and nobody picked up the phone when I called

Was affordable and in a great location. Staff were very pleasant and friendly. Cleaners did an exceptional job keeping our rooms tidy each day. The rooms with just a single double-sized bed are awfully small, and not suitable for a family of three (2 adults + 1 toddler), despite the listing on booking.com indicating it was fine for “2+1” guests

Close by to downtown in the heart of the city Bad, Extremely Poor Service Only Prem was a nice guy. But horrible room it was dirty the beds weren’t clean. Got a skin rash,Also do not use the laundry room as the washers are dirty too. Not worth the Price
