It was a good location, close to train station.

OK We were one adult and two kids and the hotel only provided two bath towels. The front desk told us they charge extra for third bath towel. It was a room with two beds but we chose this room for three travelers and hotel knew it beforehand. They should provide one more free towel.

The breakfast was truly the highlight of this hotel. They offer a delightful spread of traditional Japanese dishes every morning. Think of miso soups, side dishes, and grilled fish. The soups do rotate from day to day, but delicious nonetheless. The rooms are a little small, but that's okay, as you'll be out and about the entire day. It's a little far from the super touristy areas like Shibuya and Shinjuku, but it was great for the value. We accidentally booked a smoking room (totally our fault and not intentional) so it took some time for us to get situated in the room. So I recommend making sure you're booking the right room.

Didn’t say that the building is under some work. Ventilation in our bathroom wasn’t working.

Breakfast food was good and the kitchen staff were friendly and all hardworking. What I thought of lacking was that there were no fruits or dessert. For the room, space was enough and not crampy at all. The bed was hard as a floor, I do not remember having a good night sleep. To add, I didn't also like the pillow (we just had 1 pillow each), I had to request for additional for my husband. The pillow was tough too seems like there are pebbles on it, creating marks on my face. The limited dining space for breakfast. When travellers check out, it adds up to the volume of people in the lobby area.

near by Indian food

I like that the subways are near by and everything was convenient for me. That my room smelled like cigarettes!! I booked it in advanced like that i couldn't get this issue. I just don't like the smell of cigarettes.

Extremely comfortable stay, and a short walk to few different train lines. Taxi rides to/from Tokyo Station and T-CAT were very reasonable as well. Breakfast was delicious, and staffs were friendly and helpful. There's also at least 3 different convenience stores within a 5-minute walk and pretty tranquil at night. I didn't get to properly explore the cute town of Ningyocho, but it was fun taking different routes each time back to and from the hotel. Nothing really

The complimentary breakfast is highlight while we stayed. Staffs are very helpful. Location is nice and quiet, very convenient for us to travel. The bedroom and bathroom are tiny.

The breakfast area is not okay - next to the reception and the main entrance. The rooms are super small

Very clean and comfy. Good price that comes with free breakfast. Only just one elevator and sometimes had to wait a little long.

Located in a nice neighborhood and close proximity to many local shops and restaurants in Nihombashi. Also within 20 minutes walk to Tokyo Station. A bit small but we knew that when we booked it. Great value for Tokyo. Breakfast was good.

Breakfast was really good, and we loved having it! The area was very quiet, clean, and comfortable! The bed was pretty hard.

Breakfast included Big room

The room was the biggest I stayed in the same category. The breakfast was really good, bathroom water was always warm and had really good pressure. Staff was really nice and overall helpful. The location was great less than a 10 min walk from the nearest station and tons of combinis and places to eat around Bed was extremely uncomfortable, I know hard beds are customary in Japan, but even in a tatami hotel wasn't as hard. The walls are paper thin, you can hear everything, since this a business hotel, I was getting woken up as early as 5 am for all the noises. Breakfast was great, however, the space used is way too small for hotel size.
-
Location, the hotel is near to Tokyo Central Station, you can walk or take a cab for less than 1200Yen, the breakfast was great, and near the hotel are many convinence stores and a dominos pizza The bed is not very comfortable, the mattress is very rigid

We stayed at this hotel twice. During our first visit, we had two single rooms, and during our second stay a week later, we booked a twin room. The best thing about this hotel is its perfect location—close to all the major tourist attractions and key transportation stations. It’s also very convenient to reach from both airports: there’s a direct train that accepts Suica and costs only ¥1,400 from Narita (and much less from Haneda). The rooms are quite small but well-equipped with everything necessary. The sound insulation and blackout curtains are excellent—we didn’t hear any noise from outside. Soundproofing from the corridor is also good, though the door silencer could be slightly better. Breakfast is decent, and the hotel staff are polite and always willing to help. The hotel also offers washing and drying machines on the first floor (¥200 per wash plus ¥30 for detergent), which is very convenient.

Breakfast was great, staff was helpful. Limited seating area in the breakfast area.

Checkin was quick thanks to a kiosk at the front desk. There were amenities like a microwave, hot water and coffee maker in the lobby/ dinning area. The hotel was located closely to a number of convenience stores and a small grocery store. My room had its own wifi, which made internet use nice and quick. The room was quite small, with only a couple amenities like a mini fridge, small kettle and hair dryer; Pretty standard for a business hotel. The bed was very hard, and the pillow was rather unsupportive for my head (you might need to ask for multiple pillows).
