Rooms are tight - this is not exclusive to this hotel but to overall Japan and particularly Tokyo of course. We managed to get by just fine, but it can be hard to deal with luggage

-> drinking water at room would have been good . hotel says water in bathroom is drinkable. But does anyone drink water from bathroom .... however clean it is :-)

It was great! Wish I knew it was 4 floors up. Wasn't an issue, but didn't know where to go at first.

The room sizes were just right and the free amenities were a HUGE plus.

Good location, excellent staff Very small rooms. Ok for sleeping but no room for luggage. Anything bigger than a carry on size is difficult to deal with.

The room is a bit small but that is quite common in Japan. But the bed is nice and long!

Self service toiletries and supplies. Easy check in and check out. The foreign currency machine actually has good rates! Tokyo Stock Exchange is nearby so good for finance nerds. Breakfast could be better. They could increase the price a little and include more protein. The view from the room was non existent, you look at a wall basically. But you’re not in Tokyo to stay at the hote!

The hotel staff are wonderful and extremely welcoming. Everything was so clean, and all the amenities were great! The food from the breakfast was delicious I think the weakest point had to be the breakfast. Thankfully it was included in the reservation, but I feel like it could have some more options. The food was great, but I felt wanting some more meal sets to enjoy the breakfast more.

The location is good. The room was very compact but fine for us. We really enjoyed the assortment of amenities/toiletries and the PJ's they supplied !

This was an excellent location. Just a 20 minute walk from the Tokyo station, it was an easy walk for me after getting late from the airport. There is a simple restaurant to purchase breakfast within the building. I was surprised by the number of toiletries available, from toothbrushes to pajamas. I appreciated that there were coin operated washers/dryers available on site. Nothing to report for this. I appreciated my stay. I will recommend this hotel to others.
