I love the location of the Hotel, the neighborhood and the accessibility at the train station.

The room was just a little bit too small but we knew ahead of time. Other lodgings booked on this trip are in bigger suites

Nishitetsu Inn Shinjuku was in a lovely pocket, away from the hustle & bustle of the Shinjuku area but only one train stop away (or a good walk if you are up to it). Nishi-Shinjuku Station was only across the road so that was fantastic. Also a short walk to the Metropolitan Government Building which has a wonderful (free & open until late at night) observation deck as well as a great light show projected on the building every night (Godzilla & Pokemon was showing at that time). Room was quite small, but this is very common in Tokyo so we were prepared. Other than that, very happy with the hotel, spotless and with all the facilities.

Location is Excellent. Just 3-minute walk from Nishi-Shinjuku Station. Near Shinjuku station (Just 1 stop by subway). Nearby shopping places and transportation. But it's quiet enough for relax. Price maybe a little bit high but compare with location, it can be acceptable.

Location was excellent, convenient near the Marunouchi Line. It was very nice to use lockers before check in & after check out. Room was clean. Tub shower combo was nice. More ways to store items like bottles of toiletries on small shelves or ledges. More hangers than another hotel in Tokyo. Breakfast buffet was the worst of all the hotels we stayed in (Osaka, Kyoto, another in Tokyo). Food was all right. It was just that the others were better. The best here was their curry, chicken dishes, soup & acai juice.

You can place your luggage at the locker before check in

Good location. 2-3min walk from 711 and McDonald’s. Very clean and nice ambiance. Small but still ok.

The room was a decent size by Japan standards, with a desk and chair which was handy. The bathroom was clean and a good size. The TV was large and connected to streaming services. I like the coin laundry down the hall - I didn't have to go home with a suitcase of smelly things. They also had loan foot massagers which I thought was a nice touch. The buffet was a Japanese breakfast which was delicious. It's about a 10 minute walk to Shinjuku Station, but there's a smaller station next door. There's cafes and restaurants very closeby. The cleanliness of the room could have been better. The wall that my bed was pressed against had some pretty sus-looking stains.

Location was good. Plenty of restaurants close by. Pillows were very uncomfortable. When I asked for a foam pillow was told I would have to pay
-
Nice location, close to Shinjuku train station. Has both a cafe and restaurant in the same building. Room was VERY small, even compared to European standards.
-
Good location about 15 min walk to shinjuku station and 2 min to nishi-shinjuku station. The bed was very comfortable. Seemed to be good value as Tokyo is quite expensive. Easy staffed check in and check out. Despite being on a busy street it was very quiet. Room very small to be expected.

The rooms were very small but I believe that is to be expected

If you want to be close to Shinjuku station this is the place to be and the rooms weren't all that loud even if they were on the smaller side. Things feel really busy the moment you step outside. It is close to a really nice coffee place called Coffee Swamp that opens early if you have jetlag. Laundry machines were very straightforward and cheap. The pillows were half fluffy and half like sandbags, so be ready for that if you need really soft pillows to sleep. I also didn't love checking in and out on a machine and having to go to the lobby for toiletries. Having said that, it was pretty affordable to stay for several nights there and the room was clean.

There are large lockers available for you to store your luggage for free if you arrive before check-in time or if you wish to leave your belongings for a few hours after checkout.

The location was good, need to walk a little bit to the Shinjuku station. The highlight for me was the cafe within the hotel, great for having breakfast (I chose not to buy hotel ticket). The room was spacious enough and comfortable. The laundry room was quite small and only had 3 washers/dryer pairs. Some guests can be very inconsiderate and just leave their laundry on even after finished.
-
close to shinjuku without being directly in the heat of things, good size room
-
It was convenient and neat without being too frilly. Also surprisingly quiet given its location! What a bonus the shower was strong too… overall great for my purposes but not luxury The room was a tad small, but efficient. I wasn’t coming to Tokyo to spend time in my hotel room.

Good Facility, varieties of breakfast, 3 lifts fast access to room. Location is a bit far from shinjuku town but nishi shinjuku station not far form hotel help faster to reach shinjuku area.

The staff were absolutely amazing; both gracious and accommodating. The location to Odawara the train station perfect and hotel wonderful. The beds are like a rock or more like a sheet if plywood with a 1/4" piece of foam cover...ugh! If you like a very firm mattress, then triple your expectations for a dense bad.

It was clean. Had laundry area, microwave, coffees shop on ground floor. Rooms very small
