I really like the location of the hotel and also I like how the employees and staff were so amazing and nice In the bathroom, there was a harsh sewer smell that would not go away and in the room there was not enough space to lay my suitcase flat on the ground another thing is that the sheets also had a weird smell to it

Very close to Shinjuku. Not sure how to we would describe the breakfast. It's something that get you full but very confusing.

The location is good. The room is extremely small. We paid a lot for 4 people - 2 adults and 2 children under 12. There is no room to move around.

If you're looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of Kabuki-Cho down the street, this is the place to be. Located on the quieter side of Shinjuku, this no-frills business hotel has everything you need for a quick getaway in Tokyo. Don't expect anything fancy (and that's a good thing). Be aware that the single room is teeeeeny BUT very well-appointed. Great for travelers with minimal luggage (and that was not me)

I appreciate that they were able to accommodate us getting the room we need even after I made a mistake with booking.. I was a little concerned when I learned that it was close to a cemetery but in the end it didn’t matter since the hotel was great.

~10min walk to Shinjuku station. We loved our stay here, pretty decent and comfortable hotel room. The staff are all friendly and helpful, they assisted us with the luggage forwarding too. They only have 2 sets of washing machine and dryer. We had to wait for our turn to wash our clothes and there’s no queue/number system. My husband had to go back to our room while waiting for the machine to finish only to go back to the laundry room with another person already using it. Hopefully they add more washing machines or improve the queue system :)
