The staff was phenomenal- we had great service from Jordan and Fuji! The small details are the best, the turndowns at night, the umbrellas for rainy days, the chocolate sandwiches and skin care in the rooms. It was a wonderful experience! The tv had a hard time swiveling. Plus the tub rocked a little while getting out. It was nothing that ruined the stay. We will be back!

The amazing people who work at Bellustar provided me with such excellent service. The hotel room has a breathtaking view. I only wish i could have stayed longer. This will be my Hotel of choice every time I am staying in Shinjuku.

Great location and good facilities The sentence “it’s ok, it’s not your fault” was being said too often for such an expensive hotel. They didn’t have my payment in their system so I had to wait 20 mins for the check out and they still didn’t return the deposit because they weren’t sure I paid (even though I did). I had a room facing the train station on the first night so I woke up early because of the noise (even though the room was on the 40th floor). I also don’t I think I need to explicitly ask them to change the sheets, it should be done anyway. The breakfast is very lacking (although the view is amazing) All in all, the experience was not terrible. But when you pay such a premium price you’re expecting no disappointments, and that was not my experience. I will not return here.

Fantastic location, hotel staff are excellent, helped return my girlfriend's small bag with her passport that was left in the taxi when we arrived, the amenities are above and beyond such as the restaurants and bar, breakfast itself is a 5 star experience. The room has an amazing city view and occasionally a spectacular view of Mount Fuji when the weather allows, cannot recommend this hotel and the staff enough!

Wonderful view of Tokyo, spacious room, amazing bath tub. The staff went out of their way to show us to our room, take our suitcases, etc. Loved the lounge which had complimentary snacks and drinks.

We had a lovely 4 night stay at the Bellustar in Tokyo! Loved: - Room setup and view - just incredible! - Nice and quiet once in the hotel and room - Incredible French / Japanese restaurant (someone get them a Michelin star already!) - Friendly staff - Vicinity to cafes and lots of restaurants - Vicinity to train station (5-10min walk to Shinjuku station depending on your pace) - Bathroom setup: The glass windows / doors to the toilet, shower, and sink might not be comfortable for all visitors… :D Countertop space is very limited. - Limited assistance with planning out our days or a local map - maybe we missed it? For example, our hotel in Kyoto provided a local walking map, tons of sightseeing recommendations, etc. It would’ve been nice to have that upon arrival. Included snacks were very limited. Just expected a little more of this kind of service given the price. - Hotel perfume - I personally dislike when hotels are heavily perfumed and this one was VERY strong. Definitely triggered some allergies / itchy eyes. I recommend toning this down a bit.
