Night shift staff was a bit rude
-
Everything was fine.
-
there isn’t a place to put ur shoes and the bathrooms are closed for cleaning for an hour around noon which is really inconvenient
-
excellent location and staff non
-
I loved how safe the property felt and how close it was to the metro station
-
No shared kitchen. Slightly confusing gender separation in the shared bathroom.
-
The staff were very rude. They were not open to communication at all—I’m not even talking about being helpful; they refused to answer even simple questions. This is not a good job choice for someone working with travelers.

cool atmosphere, accommodating staff.

The over all aesthetic The actual sleeping space & the community style bathroom facilities

Situated very close to Shinjuku station for those intending to catch a train out. The place was quite peaceful with clean shower facilities. The capsules were relatively spacious by width and height, making it easy for a tall person to get in and out. Compared to many other capsule hotels, I like that this one has a distinct character and charm to it, which adds to the pleasantness of the stay. I think the biggest thing is a lack of lock-able storage units for luggage. This wasn't an issue for me this trip because I travelled light and checked in late just to sleep and checked-out early the next day, but if I were to have more valuables with me and plan to leave and re-enter the hotel throughout the duration of my stay, I would not feel comfortable leaving my luggage behind.
-
Accessible There is no way to secure your belongings, no lockers, bo doors and lock holes for the baggage area under the bed. If it had this id give it a 10 but it made me constantly worry about my belongings whenever i go out

Great value at the best location

The vibe was amazing! Best hostel I’ve stayed in. It was quiet but not silent. Loved the sitting areas with tons of varied books and large windows.

Location
-
Good location and they kept it clean. The beds weren’t very confortable and there wasn’t really good space to put your luggage.

A quiet haven in the center of a super fun busy city. Food and coffee were delicious to get the day started in a cool lounge. Sleeping mat is thin, not the most comfortable but doable for its price and chill vibe. Wish the cafe lounge was open to guest 24hrs but understandable since it’s connected to the kitchen.

It was a different concept with books. Not clean and staff not friendly
-
Very cute looking. Cozy if you actually wanted to check out the book selection. The cabins were too hot and it felt like you could barely breathe. The washrooms were not very clean and we were responsible for putting the bed together and cleaning the washroom floor after use. Terrible space for any couples travelling - not enough space regardless of double bunk.
-
Staff was friendly and very helpful; we loved the location too. It would be have helpful to know that the location was on the 8th floor; it was a little difficult to find the location on our first night in town.

Super vibey spot, cool to sleep in a bookshelf and be surrounded by books. Great location & good coffee in the cafe. Mattress is fairly thin and not super comfortable for prolonged use. Also, all the men's bidets were non-functional, kind of an issue when all you get is single ply. Front desk staff was ok, some were pretty unfriendly while others were more helpful - probably wouldn't go back unless it's for a brief stay.
