The breakfast menu stayed the same wish the switched it up different days

New building with excellent service. The higher floor premiere suite king was a good size 650+ SF for Tokyo. The views were amazing being one of the tallest buildings with floor to ceiling windows. The breakfast at JAM17 was very good with a great selection. I would stay here again. Property was great. Especially if your family doesn’t have small kids. The hotel exit toward the Gracery(Godzilla Hotel) can get a bit lively at times. We learned to use the entrance parallel to the train tracks on the other side.

New hotel The hotel is pretty far from the train station. In order to get into the hotel you need to go around the entire building, which is super annoying. The hallway was kinda dirty and the bathroom smelled bad.

We’ve stayed here previously and look forward staying here again. The location, the views, the comfy beds, the amenities, and the vibe make this a great place to stay. Having access to the airport shuttle makes things so much easier, so we splurged on a couple nights here at the end of our trip. We got there before check-in time and asked to store our bags. The person who greeted us looked up our reservation and said “good news, your room is ready early!” (Yay!) BUT…we had to sign up for their membership program to actually be able to check in early, which I totally understand, but the whole interaction was extremely awkward, the way it was done. We had just arrived and were sweaty and gross and I didn’t want to sign up for something on the spot. It felt like a weird sales trick so I declined and then about an hour later regretted it and had to go back and sign up anyway because it still wasn’t check-in time. All of the other interactions I had were great, though!

The location was convenient. Breakfast was good. However, I stayed for 5 nights at the property so I would have preferred a variation in the breakfast buffet at least after the 3rd night's stay. I didn't like the fact that I had to go to the lobby and then take a lift at another location to exit the hotel.

The location and super helpful staff It’s Tokyo so understandably the rooms are compacted for us spoiled American tourists but we made it work!

The bathroom was different, the sink was near bed.

We loved the decor, the rugs and the art throughout ,were gorgeous! It has a modern vibe with a subtle, unique nod to art deco in cool, rich tones. We also loved how well-trained the staff were at check-in and check-out, the women who assisted us were friendly and extremely helpful with our heavy bags! We highly recommend!! I’m super particular about pillows and bedding which I gave 4 stars because the pillows were slightly too firm for me but not bad at all!
