Everything! (Its on a train station yet you dont hear anything) From the cleanliness of the room, and the fact they made the bed everyday for us, threw the garbage without us even asking to the kindest people we met in japan, working at the reception. The stay was impeccable and the way this hotel utilized the not so spacious room was honestly impressive. We were two people with alot of equipment and we didnt feel the tiniest space problem. This wasnt the most luxurious stay i ever had, but i would rather stay there where you actually feel welcomed than any other fancy hotel. Not a single thing

We stayed here for a day after we landed in NRT as we did not want to travel to Hakone after the long flight. Place was one stop away from Shinjuku station, very close to the different train lines. good for a quick stay with my son. with bigger family the room size we picked was small, not sure if they have bigger rooms. Good thing it had two beds so it was comfortable for us two. Staff was very helpful and welcoming. safe place around. low ceiling hall ways are narrow

Very friendly staff. Location is fantastic, right next to Okubo station but not noisy. Funky little cool hotel. No elevator so suitcases to the 3rd floor were interesting. Bathroom shower had a ripped curtain in the room.

Clean space and close to the train. The staff was very friendly. There was a stain on one of the pillows

The hotel had everything we needed and was a great location. The room was rather small, but keep in mind, this is tokyo.

Location was great - there are 2 metro stations in walking distance and multiple convenience stores close by. There’s also a don quixote 2 minutes walk away. The place is clean and staff are very friendly. The bed was comfy. The toilet seat was heated. The rooms we received were much smaller than the ones shown in photos and there was barely any place for luggage. Electrical sockets are in inconvenient locations.

Very close to metro station and to active street with food and entertainment nearby. The beds and pillows were not the comfy.

Very small room but nicely arranged and accommodating for a couple..

Most value for money we got in Japan Quiet and nice place It was perfect

Being able to drop off luggage before check in and being able to come and go without worrying about the front door closing was convenient. The accommodation is very close to Okubo Station (2 mins walk) and Shin-Okubo Station (6 mins walk). The room was pretty spacious for 2, so it was easy to organize luggage and relax in the space. Despite it being Hawaii themed, I would hesitate to call it that when there’s only few frames of some Hawaiian related photos hanging on the wall. Also, I appreciated the cleaning service, however, we didn’t leave a sign outside the room door to request for it, so I was surprised to see people had been in the room.

Location was great for access to trains, and getting to know the area for our first visit to Japan A little strange handing over the keys each time we left the hotel.

Everything you need is in the room or at the common area with a microwave. Facilities are very clean and staff is friendly. Umbrellas are available while you are staying. Location is good near a train station, convenience stores, and plenty of good-value tasty food. Elevator would be helpful to get luggage up the stairs, but front desk staff offered to help so is not a big deal.

The room was cozy, we enjoyed the traditional Japanese tatami and futon set up. There was plenty of storage for our large bags, more than enough. We couldn't hear the train with the windows shut. The water pressure was very good. There was always a staff member present at the front desk. The location is excellent, right in Korea town and two minutes from the Okubo train station. Other reviews mentioned a bad smell in the bathroom but we didn't notice that. Overall we really enjoyed it and felt it was a gem for the price, we even tried to book another night the following week but they were booked up. The shower curtain was a little dirty or mildewy or something. There isn't an elevator, which was a little annoying for my large rolly bag. The room over all was a little small, but for just two gals it was good.

The location is amazing. Staff very friendly and helpful There was a bad smell in the bathroom And we booked 2 beds bit we were offered one bed for 2 or otherwise to cancel at last moment

Great location close to metro and restaurants. The hotel is located off of small street/alleyway an quiet at night. There was no elevator and I was on the fourth floor and the interior was a bit dated. It was still good value for the price.
-
The bed was comfortable. Room had a slight smell when we walked in, like dirty feet. It was less bad once we turned on the aircon, but would have preferred not to smell that.
-
Convenient clean and comfortable No elevator

Sometimes the Wi-Fi wasn’t great. But not a big deal.
