Decent place just to sleep a night. Not recommended for long trips.

Outdated. Smells old. No security. Anyone can get on the elevator, no questions asked. All they have is cameras in the hallways. We did not like the breakfast which paid. Bathroom old, walls in shower tub have mildew at seams.

The Hotel was a little old, but rooms were larger than most Japanese hotels. Short walk to the train station. This is a very residential are (which I like) and has plenty of restaurants to choose from. About a 30 min train ride into Tokyo Statuion

The property is a bit dated. The location was great; it nicely located near a metro station. I can't say enough about how friendly and helpful staff was.

I stayed there on weekdays mainly for on-line work. Although room space was rather compact, Wifi connection was excellent and no problems for the purpose of my stay. Wide range of breakfast was available, and there were many restaurants and Izakaya around the hotel. A station is nearby, which was very handy to reach Tokyo Station.

Staff very nice and friendly The first night when I arrived the bed was full of hair and felt like someone already used the bed , Room was extremely cold and air-condition did not work, WiFi was low , I did not feeling comfortable during my stay at this hotel . The staff were nice and friendly.

Staff were good and helpful. Tons of shops and restaurants around the building, train station is a 3 minute walk. 30 minute train ride to tokyo station Sound seems to travel easy within the rooms, can easily hear people. Theres also no curfew, but likely just other tourists being loud and inconsiderate, that havent really gotten Japanese culture of respect and not being annoying to other people

Great location, staff were amazing. Pillows were terrible and carpets were sticky and smelly.

Amazing stay . They even upgraded our room for which we are super grateful. Very well behaved and polite staff . They made us feel like home .
