Facilities are very good . Good location . Many restaurants around there. Breakfast so good delicious. Room was so good clean . They have bus service to disneyland it is very good service . Staff is very kind and always helping. Highly recommended.

We did not partake in breakfast. If was a 8 minute walk from the nearest station. There were many place to see and shop along the walk to the hotel. Some guests made noise, but they were quiet later on in the night.

Breakfast was great everyday! Not our normal food we eat in America, but trying the local cuisine was so delicious! The miso soup was a million times better than anything I've ever had back home, and the staff was so friendly and welcoming. We appreciated the daily fresh towels and the helpfulness of the receptionist. Thank you for making our first Tokyo experience amazing! The beds and pillows were a lot harder than we're used to, but we were able to manage. We couldn't find the stairs to get down from our room either, which would have made it easier to leave instead of waiting for the elevator.

While an older dated hotel, the building and facilities were well maintained and clean. We had a double twin bed room which didn’t have closets but there was storage space under the bed for our luggage. Towels are refreshed each day with a room clean every four days which was great for us. Staff were excellent and provided basic assistance, always friendly and accommodating. Communication in person and via booking app for reserving the Disney shuttle was excellent. Outside the normal tourist areas in Little India we really liked the local vibe. A short five minute walk to the subway and surrounded by restaurants, cafes and convenience stores it was easy to access daily needs. It’s about an 30-60min ride to the main tourist areas but this being our third trip to Tokyo we were exploring the outer areas. Nothing really. Great value and a great experience.

Location. Close to to train station . Free shuttle bus to and from Disneyland. Very cheap for the size of the room. It is basic but very clean. When I asked one of a staff to make a contact to Tokyo sky tree reception as I thought I was almost late for the admission. I just wanted to know whether I can still take train or I have to take a taxi if they are very strict with the time. My request was refused so I took a taxi. It turned out I didn’t have to take a taxi. However, it may be their rule that they were not allowed to make this sort of contact for the customer.

Free transportation to and from Disneyland however you must book as early as possible The facilities are basic and old. However it’s good money value. The breakfast is not tasty.

Breakfast was phenomenal, shuttle service to the disney parks was very helpful although I would recommend everyone to opt for the earliest available shuttle else anything after is too late to get into the park. Check in/out process is self serve and automated in English. Bed was a bit hard, bathroom a little dated but had no effect on our stay.

So happy we stayed here. Me and 7 family members were here for 10 nights in 4 rooms. The value was exceptional (1/2 the price of other hotels in the area) It’s an older hotel but it’s clean and 1/2 block to the nearest subway station so we were able to easily get around to all the different parts of Tokyo. Clean towels were placed outside our room every evening and our room was cleaned every 3 days. It came with free breakfast and free shuttle to Disneyland and DisneySea so we saved a ton of money and time. Staff was super friendly and they had a translation app of their tablets so we were able to communicate effectively. I would definitely stay here again!

We were told it was going to be a large double bed and it definitely was! Location was close the station with lots of restaurant options. Please note that the breakfast is rather Japanese style. I was pleased but my husband not so much.
