Bathtub is clogged

The breakfast was amazing since there was a restaurant inside the hotel itself. Their coin washer also doubles as a dryer so everything was so easy Nothing everything weas so great. I don't think I could say that I have any notes. They were so amazing
-
A little expensive for what it was I think.
-
No view from this room but it didn’t bother us at all.
-
Clean comfortable and great location
-
Very accessible and accommodating staff
-
Buffet breakfast very enjoyable Reception staff lovely Close to Mejiro train station. Good mattress Soft pyjamas provided One small pillow each Air con not very effective but that is ok in Spring. Small room but fine for sleeping and showering
-
Quiet neighborhood. Hotel is dated but clean and very well maintained. The rooms were too warm. We asked the front desk to rectify it on our fist day but the room aircon remained on heating mode for the duration of our stay. We would air the room by keeping the (small) window open.

Everything. The staff is very nice and helping. The rooms are clean and everything is just perfect. The neighborhood ood is quit and in a nice area

I accidentally booked a smoking room and the staff helped me change room
-
Very close to a subway station. Third bed was in our room as expected when we arrived. Staff was helpful when we needed help with the A/C / climate system. Room was TIGHT (even by Japan standards) with the third bed added in. Hallway smelled funky. Lobby was odd with a gift shop type store at the front. Was glad to only be there for one night, although accommodations were adequate.

Great location and friendly staff that is helpful. Clean hotel
-
Food and location Restaurant food upstairs closes too early. Also room is too tight.

I really enjoyed my stay at the property. The location was very convenient—close to the subway, making it easy to get around the city. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious compared to typical accommodations in Japan. I also appreciated how quiet the area was, which made it easy to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall value for money was excellent. I would definitely consider staying here again. None

Location A bit expensive but it’s likely because we booked during the Sakura season

Quiet neighborhood. Close to Yamanote line. Can reach major spots easily. Room space is bigger than Tokyo average.

The property was extremely clean and organized it was my first hotel once I arrived in Japan. The location was a little out of the way for my preferences but I have nothing negative to say about the hotel or the staff. They were exceptional
