The size of the rooms and the cleanliness The metro station is very well connected. Everything is easily accessible, but the neighborhood itself is a bit too isolated.

Close to the station The people in the rooms next to me were extremely loud even at night, cheering, yelling. I don’t know if they were drunk or not but I could not sleep during my stay. I wish the staff would tell the customers to be more mindful of everyone else or have a reminder, I didn’t have this issue with any other hotel while I was in japan

The beds and pillows were comfortable and we were able to sleep well. And the AC worked well. It felt a bit pricey.

Room was spacious for two travellers and clean. Location was near both the train station and bus stop, we were able to use both. Even though the location is near the station, it's located on a slope, so pushing the luggage up when we arrived was a hassle.

The room and bathroom was the largest during our stay in Japan. The lounge nespresso machine was a nice perk as well as the ice cream vending machine and laundry availability. The breakfast was very well done! Arrived early and were allowed to store our bags. Walking straight uphill from the train station with our luggage was not expected! No reviews mentioned that - haha!

The hotel is 10min walking distance from Shinagawa station, well connected to the city. I came from Osaka, and there was an stop of the Shinkansen in this station, it was easy to follow directions and to get to the hotel by walking. I did not hav luggage as I had sent it previously with the service from hotel to hotel so I could move freely. The hotel is in a little uphill so if you have heavy lugagge with you and you will walk to the hotel,you can do it, just go at your pace, it is not climbing or anything like that. Nice facilities, helpful staff, the room was nice, compact.

Very simple hotel, convenient location to shinigawa station. The bathroom had surface mold due to poor ventilation.

Very friendly and helpful housekeeping staffs! The location is too far with a steep slope to tackle by pushing our heavy luggages up. The room is dusty. The toilet has a high step, which made going up and coming down difficult and extremely slippery(slipped and fell a few times).

Convenient for train station, shopping and attractions. Free amenities for those who didn't pack razor, qtips, comb, the basics. Laundry, vending machines and room with tables to sit and eat snacks. Only 2 washer/ dryer for whole hotel. It's a combo machine which can take 2 hours to complete the whole cycle. When it's a large load it will need additional time to dry, costing up to ¥1,100 and 3 hours to wash/dry one load.
