The Garden and the quiet after intense days walking around Tokyo The 7/11 inside the hotel ? Rooms slightly outdated but good size It’s about 7-8 minutes walk to the train station (up and down a hill) - made for a good workout though

Large hotel. The location is actually really far from the train station Over 10 minutes walk uphill Taxi to the hotel are hard to get. And all the way is with construction and no shade

It would be advised that guests take the taxi From train station in Shinagawa And it very easy to get around from there as it has many rail lines in that station

Very classic and authentic. Quiet and comfortable. There is a convenient store at the lobby floor.

It would be great to have an espresso machine in the room in addition to the tea kettle.

The room is large enough for 3 adults. We were able to open our 3 big lagguages. The beds are so comfortable and large. It is close to a big central station which connects many other train lines to go different parts of Tokyo. 7-eleven is a big bonus in the reception area. The bathroom is a little bit out of date but is big and gives you enough space to move.

The room and the service. The air condition makes a lot of noise which disturbed my sleep.

I like the location a lot because I can walk to Ebisu from here. I also like the bed a lot because it is very comfortable. The bathroom is also very clean and nice. I think the staff are nice, but some people don't seem focused on customers. They are standing around talking to each other. It seems like they could be trained to be more friendly. Also, the front desk checkin process is way too long. It takes a lot of time and is frustrating.

A standard luxury Japanese 5 star, the lobby is fascinating, a 7-11 right at the lobby. Sort of close to Shinagawa station. The rooms are comfortably spacious, the bed and pillow guarantees a good sleep. There is limousine 3600yen/person to Narita. Stops to pick up other hotels but the seat is very comfortable and can see some city views. Gym don’t have weights, easily mixed up with other princes, there is huge construction nearby. Though sound and vibration is not felt, The huge slope to walk down will suffer some detour.

Very clean! Seven Eleven is on the ground floor. Beautiful Japanese garden!
